First of all, Ken never tried to sell me anything. He tried to help me get the car that I needed. As a single woman, it's easy to go in to dealerships and know that they're going to try and bully and pressure me. That was not the case with Ken. He gave me a great deal for the car that I bought, a fantastic trade in offer, and he made the paperwork process fast! Most dealerships keep you waiting for what seems like an eternity. I was driving my new car home in less than 1 hour. On top of that, Ken was very nice and pleasant. He didn't act like he could be working with some one else, getting more money.
