Although he is a new sales person he had thorough knowledge of the product line and showed… me a vehicle with the exact features I had requested. I received a fair value for my trade-in and drove away in my new vehicle knowing I had received a good deal. Hyundai vehicles have an excellent safety rating and from past experience I know their service department is exemplary. I highly recommend this dealership if you are considering a new car purchase. The whole process, from the time I walked in to when I drove off their parking lot was quick and simple compared to… my prior experiences at other dealerships. I do have to recognize Tim Pattennaude, Salesman, who from the beginning was very cordial, friendly, and believe it or not, honest. We spoke of many topics besides the car that I was in the process of purchasing. I really enjoyed the various topics of conversations we had. Overall, a very good experience. I was informed at the time of signing for the vehicle, that they only had I set of keys for the vehicle. I wished the… auto salesman Would have offered to get another set of keys made or deduct the cost of the keys, considering the keys are keyless entry to the vehicle.Francisco, thank you for your feedback.
