Shady salesmen
by Sandraaa on 10/17/2017This goes out to the salesman Chip and his manager Rick. These salesman have no integrity or pride in what they do. For someone who spoke little spanish, Chip gave a specific price for a truck we wanted to purchase before running the credit… to finalize everything and comes back withy a higher price on the truck. That was such a shady move. I called to talk to the sales supervisor Rick and he tells me people make mistakes. When people make any mistake, they will try to fix that mistake in which they refused to do anything about it. I truly believed in the reviews and that this dealership would help us in purchasing a vehicle AND BEING HONEST with the price. To top it all off, when I first called to ask for a price and said my father would be there who speaks little english he said Oh when I tell them the price is 40 thousand they speak english real fast and laugh his head off... i found it very offensive. Why have salesmen who disrespect Spanish only speakers.. Im so disappointed. If I could I would give no stars.Great Buy

Easiest car buying experience ever
by beachgirl10 on 07/16/2016It was the easiest, fastest deal that we ever made. I felt like we were dealing with a friend. I got all of my questions answered by Kevin Kraus and a price over the internet. When we went to the dealership all of the staff were very… friendly and helpful. They didn't have what we wanted so found it for us which involved about a day and a half. They gave us a 2016 vehicle to drive in the meantime. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase and their dealership. I would recommend them to everyone.Thank you for the feedback! Bait and Switch

When my husband and I called to request to purchase, they all of a sudden said it was the wrong price, but would sell to us at $5000 more than what… they advertised. Now all of a sudden the truck has been taken off their website and they said it was traded to another dealership. Extremely shady actions going on here!!I am concerned by your review and would love the opportunity to address it for you. Your satisfaction is extremely important to me and our company.
