This goes out to the salesman Chip and his manager Rick. These salesman have no integrity or pride in what they do. For someone who spoke little spanish, Chip gave a specific price for a truck we wanted to purchase before running the credit to finalize everything and comes back withy a higher price on the truck. That was such a shady move. I called to talk to the sales supervisor Rick and he tells me “people make mistakes”. When people make any mistake, they will try to fix that mistake in which they refused to do anything about it. I truly believed in the reviews and that this dealership would help us in purchasing a vehicle AND BEING HONEST with the price. To top it all off, when I first called to ask for a price and said my father would be there who speaks little english he said “Oh when I tell them the price is 40 thousand they speak english real fast” and laugh his head off... i found it very offensive. Why have salesmen who disrespect Spanish only speakers.. I’m so disappointed. If I could I would give no stars.
