    The AWD module got disconfigured and I had to pay to have it re-programmed. This is not covered by the warranty, it was not caused by lack or maintenance or misuse. It just stopped working. I had to call the dealer several times to request updates, several times I was told I would get a call back but I only got a call back twice.

    I recently purchased a 2018 GMC Terrain. The entire process took only 2 hours from when I walked into the door. The sales person Terrance Gilkey sales approach was not pushy and the finance manager, Mr Simonveaux was helpful in getting best deal possible

    Excellent professional service. The service manager - Thomas - took the the time to explain the proposed repair for the sensors on the front bumper. The vehicle had been in the repair shop due to an accident and the front bumper had to be replaced. The sensors were not functioning properly - only to find the problem was due to an improper paint job - causing erroneous alerts...

    My experience was very exceptional. It is rare as a women to deal with a male car sale man who take pride in being honest. Mr. Rohan Peart has change my attitude toward men as sale men.     I was very impressed with what I percieved to be honest and ethical sales practices. I would recommend this dealer over and above any other GMC dealer within the Memphis area and I shopped at them all!

    The experience at this dealer was a very exhaustive expedition in car buying. Went looking to trade and buy a new car. Used bait and switch tactics to sell a used auto. after he deal was made i was looking in a local auto magizine and saw the vehicle with the same stock number as mine listed for 14.000 .My invoice listed the auto at 23.000. so basically they stole may trade in. focused only on what i could afford monthly. and not the true value of the cars bottom price. this dealer is bad news for memphis and the auto buying public.
    • lts easy to guess who you are talking about coz hes been there the longest.that wat happened to me too ,they sold me this demo car that has never been servised before and if it wasnt for the recall from onstar i would have cont driving my car for 8000 miles with no oil change or tire rotation done to it.The firdt person wanted to me to trade in my 2006 pontiac aztek for 2000 dollars.mty car had 80000 miles in it and it was worh 6500 on kbb.they sre just a bunch of dishonest people
