No pressure to buy but was offered a really good deal, explained… options to us and arranged for us to get in business office quickly. Professional and Honest..Start to Finish!
by Loy Miller on 05/23/2023Harper VW is the closest Volkswagen Dealer to my home. Thank Goodness it was. Oddly, I had seen their car inventory on another website. Within a short time I was contacted by Dustin White, who from start to purchase spent the time to fully… satisfy my questions and requirements. After searching for a particular model of a different manufacturer I had gotten disappointed by the dealerships adding thousands of dollars to the price for “market adjustment”? I stopped by and met with Dustin, from the beginning showed me the MSRP and what the bottom line was…NO Added Charges that I did not want. So after 45 minutes discussing the car and price, I placed a $500 hold on the car that hadn’t shipped yet…sight unseen based on the trust established and price confidence. Over my lifetime of purchasing vehicles (cars, motorcycles, Motorhomes), none have gone as smoothly and without delay as this VW Tiguan purchase. The Dealership’s processes and reliance on their sales personnel and product Quality shines through as a beacon of Excellence. We are very proud of our VW and feel we were treated fairly at Harper. I personally recommend this Outstanding Dealer, not only because of my flawless purchase…but because of the site wide courtesy and professional experience extended to customers and would be Buyers.We're honored to have earned your recommendation, Loy! $500 Wheel alignment
by Harper VW on 06/07/2021Harper bears all the signs of a well run organization. I bought there. My first service call was great. Courteous, helpful and projected a feeling of trust. Second call, very different. Took it in for routine maintenance at 13000… miles. At completion was told that I needed a wheel alignment and that it was very difficult to do on a 2019 VW Golf Wagon. I was told it would be $500 for the alignment. I was not buying it so I took it to Fisher Tire down the road and they did the alignment for $75. Saved myself $425. Beware of these guys, they are after your money as are most car dealerships AND they have no shame. .Auto service with Harper Volkswagen of Knoxville Tennessee
