Harper VW is the closest Volkswagen Dealer to my home. Thank Goodness it was. Oddly, I had seen their car inventory on another website. Within a short time I was contacted by Dustin White, who from start to purchase spent the time to fully satisfy my questions and requirements. After searching for a particular model of a different manufacturer I had gotten disappointed by the dealerships adding thousands of dollars to the price for “market adjustment”? I stopped by and met with Dustin, from the beginning showed me the MSRP and what the bottom line was…NO Added Charges that I did not want. So after 45 minutes discussing the car and price, I placed a $500 hold on the car that hadn’t shipped yet…sight unseen based on the trust established and price confidence. Over my lifetime of purchasing vehicles (cars, motorcycles, Motorhomes), none have gone as smoothly and without delay as this VW Tiguan purchase. The Dealership’s processes and reliance on their sales personnel and product Quality shines through as a beacon of Excellence. We are very proud of our VW and feel we were treated fairly at Harper.
