    I have had the best experience ever, i love my car and how everyone was nice. I especially thank Chris Popin for his help with finding me the best fit for me. Chris is patient and very helpful. He is careful not to get your hopes up and doesnt sugar coat like other car salesmen. I highly recommend Mercedez of Nashville cool springs and try to ask for Chris once you stop by

    I bought a certified pre owned C Class from Mercedes-Benz of Nashville. Chris Popin has been exceptional in the whole car buying process. He has 12 years of experience and very knowledgeable about Mercedes cars. Intially I selected a model that did not have a backup camera and I forgot to notice it. But Chris mentioned that and also made sure I got the right car with all the features I wanted with a very good deal. He did a wonderful job in explaining every detail of the car we got. It was great doing business with Chris and Merc of Nashville. I highly recommend this dealership and Chris.

    I bought a new S560 in September from MB Nashville. Gorgeous car. By the first week of October, it was in the shop. The convertible top started to raise, then froze with the boot open. The top could not be raised or lowered. After 8 days, service manager of dealer called to explain that it could not be repaired, that this was a problem with 2018 S class cabriolets. He says that production has been canceled and that MBUSA had just bought about 10-12 of the cars back. I asked about a loaner and was promised one -- three separate times by service personnel. I never got one -- apparently they know this will be a long process. Service manager advised that Mercedes wanted me in any other car ... just not an S class cabriolet. I researched and made a selection. At one point, my sales person even sent me a link to the proposed replacement car, at another Sonic-owned dealer. After a couple of weeks, I called and asked where the car was. Difficulty dealer trading for it, I was told. I called MBUSA, who denied knowing anything. Then my dealer sales person texted that MBUSA was going to buy me out, and it would be an "ordeal." MBUSA denied when I called, said they had issues with the dealer, and said they would be back in touch. Days go by before I hear back (despite a promise to call me the next day). Eventually, I am told that they are recommending a buyout, but it will be 2-4 weeks for regional "approval." Fortunately, after pitching a fit, I hear the next day that I will be bought out, but it the process will be turned over to a third party logistics firm to handle. I got all documents to them within 24 hours, and have yet to hear anything; they advised process will take up to 4 weeks. In sum, I bought a new Mercedes flagship vehicle; it was operated over about 2.5 weeks before it ceased to function; my dealer tells me it's defective and promises a new, slightly more expensive and different car, which makes me feel good (but never responds to requests for a loaner); I call MBUSA; dealer and manufacturer point fingers at each other; eventually I am promised a buyout (MBUSA never answers directly the question of whether this is a recurring defect for S class cabriolets); and I am still waiting on my money, paying insurance since I still own the car, more than 5 weeks after the car left my possession and almost four weeks to the day I was promised a new car. This has been the single worst customer experience for any product.

    I drove 120 miles to this dealer. I had made an appointment to drive a car. The manager called 10 minutes before I arrived to verify that I was coming. When I got there, they said someone else was test driving the car. After I agreed to buy the car, I was required to return with a check (as expected). However, we had agreed that the dealer would write me a check for my car. I expected to receive the check when they took possession of my car. The finance manager found that amusing. She said they would mail the check. It has been 10 days and I haven't received the check. I have asked about the status of my payment, but have not received an answer.

    First experience with Mercedes of Nashville. And it was a good one. They got me in and out with a loaner, even though I booked last minute. Price was fair and they earned my respect and trust. So much so that I have already reached out to them for service on my older Benz. I hope to have a long and good relationship with them. Thanks, Vince.

    I had been searching for a vehicle for almost a month and stumbled on a Jeep on Cargurus. I contacted the dealership and drove down to test drive it. TJ was very professional as well as the rest of the staff. I didn't feel pushed to make any decisions. I would buy from this dealership again.

    I walked through the door of this dealiership last week looking for an affordable sedan l viewed on the Website. I was quickly advised the vehicle had sold, but offered assistance to determine if there anything on the lot or Sonic automotive program which would meet my needs. Josiah Sadek was prompt, filtered through the requests, and guided me through the available vehicles within my price range. There was no upscale, no pressure. I found a vehicle I did not anticipate to leave with and further, I feel like the entire sales team made the process so translucent and simple. Thank you guys! I hope to return in the future for my next Mercedes purchase!

    I had a fantastic experience with George, the service leader professional at the Franklin, Mercedes Benz original location who was in charge of my ML350 Bluetech last week. I accidentally made an appointment at the wrong dealership and arrived in George's office. Regardless of my mistake, George got me in that hour, was accommodating, very professional, and most importantly kind. He answered all of my questions and concerns in detail giving me full transparency in the work to be done. He treated me like family and went above and beyond to make sure my repair was covered under warranty. Which it was!!!! Another shop in town (non-Mercedes) quoted me a thousand dollars over what the dealership quoted to fix the Addblue heater and never thought to look to see if it was under warranty. That's why I will choose Mercedes over and over again. They treat you like family. Thank you for the great service!

    We stopped by on a whim after seeing a COP GL450 on their website, and in less than 2 & 1/2 they had us out the door with a fantastic trade value & excellent deal on the SUV over-all! When the time comes, there won't be any hesitation, we'll be back!

    I found a slightly used version of the exact Buick I was looking for. It just happened to be located at the Mercedes-Benz dealership. Josiah treated me as if I was purchasing a Mercedes.     I have not been a fan of M-B of Nashville but this time around I would have given them TEN stars if I could because after I informed them that I'd had a couple very substandard experiences during earlier service visits, their Service Manager (Troy) and his Asst. Service Manager (George Lund) made it their calling to provide my 2014 E-350 with impeccable automotive service and support and went out of their way to ensure I had the best customer service experience possible. George was tremendously flexible when a third party that was making an upholstery repair took longer than anticipated, allowing me to continue using a loaner car beyond the originally scheduled period. He even assisted me with making an insurance claim to replace my windshield with genuine M-B glass after I took a rock in a construction zone on I-65 the day before the service was scheduled. I had plenty of reasons NOT to use M-B of Nashville to service my car and, in fact, had actually returned to the Atlanta dealer where I bought the vehicle just to have a service performed with the professionalism and customer support I'd come to expect from a M-B dealership. But thanks to Troy and to a much greater extent, George, my faith in M-B of Nashville is restored and I will have no qualms taking my car there for service or purchasing my next car from them. Kudos and thank you, George, for all that you've done this past week.

    I'd been searching in the Atlanta area for a pre-owned BMW 428i. Even with the number available, no dealer was willing to negotiate one iota! I finally expanded my search and came across the exact car I was looking for at Mercedes-Benz of Nashville and sent a request for information. Within the next couple of hours, I received not only a response from the internet dude, but a response from Bea Mohesenin, the Sales Associate who had taken it on trade. This was on Friday. On Saturday morning, I sent pictures of my trade and called. I spoke to the Manager, Tom Moody, and we cut the deal in 10 minutes. An hour later I was on the road. When I got there, it sat in front, with a VIP tag with my name on it. And it was more than they said it was. They had all the paperwork ready and gave me what Tom quoted for my trade. Bea knew more about this car than any BMW guy I'd ever dealt with, even though she's a Mercedes guru :) This dealership puts others to shame. Between Bea, Tom and Kurt the finance guy, my experience was unmatched. I am a customer for life, regardless of where I live. They exceeded my expectations 10 fold. Awesome place. Take the drive. It's well worth it!
