I waited for 2… hours just to be told they could not fix the problem until the next day. In addition no one could find the extra set of keys.Hello, We appreciate your honest review. He didn't upsell me, which i greatly appreciate since I have kids in college and a… tight budget. The financing guy was outstanding, I just cannot remember his name:(. I have had an unpleasant experience at the Nashville Mercedes Benz dealership so I went to the one in Franklin. I was SO happy that I did. It was a completely different and positive experience.
