Tyler was my Service Adviser at this last trip to the dealer, and… he was great, as always. I really appreciate everyone's work at Serra. Only complaint is that technician left grease fingerprints around the area he was working (steering column for power assist recall… item). I was not happy with that. As a recall technical service bulletin-no charge for work. Drove me back to my home after car drop off; offerred loaner car.Thank you for your feedback. Josh stayed in contact with me to ensure that I knew what was… going on with my car, and I really appreciate that. Great Service and Courteous Staff

Best Chevrolet/GM Service Department In Memphis!

You guys always do a fantastic job on our cars, are very fair and honest, and remember us whenever we drive into the service lane. I wouldn't even consider letting anybody else other than… Serra touch my Camaro SS. I always deal with Josh or David, and those guys are top-notch service advisers. truck service

Your cashier however needs some work on customer servie and how to be nice to people, with a good… attidute. AND it would have been nice, to be told where my Truck was parked at after paying $ 1150.00 for service. It was a good thing I saw it when I came in or I mite have had to walk the whole lotPlease accept my sincerest apologies for what took place during your recent visit. This is not how we do business at Serra Chevrolet (Bartlett, TN) and the service that you received was unacceptable. Service and Maintenance Costs
by MemphisCruze on 10/04/2014Nothing bad to report. I think chevrolet should offer its customers more incentives to cover maintenance costs such as coupons. At 30k miles there are a lot of things required that are expensive. Needless to say I was not able to have all… the work done. I trust them to treat me well as I am a widow who knows nothing about cars.… The tech, Chris W., takes very good care of my car, which is a 1998 Lumina, which runs well because this Chevrolet Dealer takes the best care!!Thank you for sharing your feedback!
