Horrible company and service
by Mario on 01/21/2023This is the worst place ever to do business and I am surprised they are still around. First, I have had several things happen to my car and when I drive up, I have to wait 15 minutes in the car, before even getting acknowledged. Second,… they act as if they are being interrupted and hate their job. Sir/Mam, I didn't ask you to sign up for this position. Not friendly at all and it's as if they hate to see me coming. One time I spent over $1,000 having repairs to my car (Robert: service person) and they didn't even do the job properly and even attempted to get more money out of me from their failure. Had to escalate the situation and complain to the manager Jerry. Eventually we came up with a solution after all of that. I even had an hourly worker talk to me in a degrading manner on one visit and told me to get out of the car and find someone myself. That was a slap in the face. Even this morning on 01/21/23, I visited to have them take away a tire notification in my car and was told that it would be $82 which I have had this done before several times for free (Kelly). In conclusion, it's all about nickeling and diming clients and they have horrible attitudes. I think everyone there needs a nice vacation. Maybe that would help. And in the future, you couldn't pay me to drive and deal with this company. I will be looking into BMW, Audi, or Mercedes. This place deserves 0 stars and I moved back from Tampa and those people at the dealership are much friendlier. Go figure.Tire Trouble!
by Chuck Rayl on 10/26/2021I always get great service at Infiniti of Memphis, but recently they went above and beyond. I blew out a tire and had to have my car towed into the Infiniti Service Center. They were completely booked up for that day and the next, but Mike… Chalfant told me he’d try and squeeze me in. I thought I might be without a vehicle through the weekend. But sure enough, I got my car back the next day. I highly recommend the Service Department at Infiniti of Memphis.Best Car Buying Experience Ever
by memphisdarling on 03/01/2015Looking to purchase a new car, I visited 3 other luxury dealerships before coming to Infiniti of Memphis on a recommendation of a friend. Never have I experienced such customer care and professionalism as I did at this dealership. Brian… Malone was my salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous to my needs. He didn't rush me through the process but still was very respectful of my time. Everyone there was so friendly. And the car was amazing in everyway. I am a very happy and satisfied with my whole experience.Best Experience Ever!!
by Gtowndoc on 02/22/2015Purchased new car. The whole experience was great from start to finish. Felt welcomed and comfortable. Sales person was Brian Malone. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Didn't feel pressured to buy, he was concerned with my needs in… a vehicle and found me the perfect car! Listened to my needs and wants. If you buy from Infiniti I would recommend seeing Brian Malone!
About our dealership
Mario, we apologize if you had an issue during your recent visit to Infiniti of Memphis. We do appreciate your past business and consider you a valued customer. After speaking with Jerry, our Service Manager, I understand there was an issue with your recent tire light coming on in your vehicle and your request for our team to turn it off. While I understand you had purchased your new tires from somewhere other than Infiniti of Memphis-we do require that we must scan your vehicle before repairing any dash lights to confirm there is no other issue involved, which does require a RO to be written. The charge that we were willing to charge was ½ hour for our technician to diagnosis the issue, not just to charge you extra but to make sure your vehicle did not have any other problems that were not apparent without scanning for your safety. If you felt any of our employees were rude or disrespectful in any way, we apologize profusely for that misunderstanding. We do hope that we can earn your business again in the future.
