Can't say enough good things about my salesperson, Aaron. He went above… and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and was so helpful throughout the entire process. (Thanks for getting my Bob Marley CD back from my trade...lol!) Chad on the Sales Team was also great. Dealing with Scott in Finance was a great experience as well and they even beat my credit union rate for my financing. Couldn't ask for a better experience buying a new car. Highly recommend West Chevrolet and will be back again in a few years when my husband is ready for his next truck.Your recommendation means so much to us and we're so happy to have earned it. Best Experience In My Life
by Elliotk on 09/20/2019During my search for a used truck I have ventured to several different dealerships in the West Knoxville area with the same outcome, uneducated and pushy salesmen that clearly were only concerned about getting vehicles sold. As soon as I… arrived at West Chevrolet that all changed. I arrived and I was immediately greeted with a handshake and a smile by salesman Frank Damante. There was no push or rush it was simply "what can I do for you today?". I explained that I was looking for a reliable used Chevrolet 1500 and Frank went to work. He immediately began getting keys and allowing me the opportunity to look through and analyze the tremendous inventory on the West Chevrolet lot (and I'll be honest, there were so many great looking trucks it wasn't easy). During my test drive Frank diligently answered any and every question that I had regarding the truck while also explaining in detail all options and accessories available for the truck. I was blown away. After about 1 hour I felt as though Frank and I had known each other forever. All in all Frank helped me pin point the perfect truck and I couldn't be more pleased. by Customer-Service on 08/14/2019I am in the market for a car and saw That west Chevy had one I was interested in, so I went out there to look at it and salesman Rick came over and introduced himself and let me check the car out. Wasn't the typical saleman experience.… He just stood back and let me check it out without any pressure. I asked to test drive and he got in the passenger seat and showed me where we could go. We got back and I looked some more and played with the radio and some of the settings and Rick just stood aside. I was expecting him to get me inside to talk price. Once finished he gave me his card and asked me if there was anything else he could help me with. That was the only car they had there I was interested in so I thanked him and left.Our staff is committed to providing each of our clients with the best automotive experience! Undisclosed fees, Changed terms, Untrustworthy!
by squishy2010 on 10/16/2017I had visited other dealerships in the Knoxville area about purchasing a new car. They all gave me a price sheet that listed all transaction fees, taxes, etc. except for West Chevrolet. They would not provide a cost estimate to me, and when… pressed, they reneged on a previously agreed to waiving of a $500 fee, which they upped to $600. The finance manager was very rude, condescending, and untrustworthy. I spoke with a former employee of West Chevrolet who added that there are other added-on fees incorporated at the time of sale, which is why they do not give full price disclosure. Beware of this dealership- you will find much better deals with no hidden surprises if you travel to Sevierville or Clinton.West is the Best

This is our second new car purchase from West and we were not disappointed with the service from the moment we stepped on the lot to driving away in our beautiful new… car. The sales staff was helpful but not pushy, helping us find the car we wanted. Once we found the vehicle we wanted the purchasing process was very smooth and easy. Our tradeins were evaluated and a very fair price was offered for both. Before we left, every feature was explained and cell phones were set up on Bluetooth. Would we recommend West and the Equinox to other buyers; we already have! West is the Best!!Great Dealer

Earlier that day John took us for a test drive and was very helpful. Rob in finance was funny and was looking out for my best… interest. Jeff kept me informed on everything. I feel really good about West Chevrolet. I am pleased with my truck. It is the first time since 87 I have bought a new Chevy.
