    I had an issue with my cruise control. Set up a service call online. Arrived at the appointed time and they diagnosed and found the problem. The part had to be ordered so when I returned I waited in the lobby while they installed it. Problem solved. I'm pleased with the service.

    Went in for oil change and they also performed a vehicle inspection. Visit went well and they sent me the inspection report and went over it with me after I had a chance to read it. A couple of issues were flagged but I chose not to have them done at this time, as I felt the cost was too high and I will get a couple other quotes and compare costs.

  • Good but…

    Their service was good and the people are friendly. I wish the email i got told me the exact building to drive to get my oil changed. I go to pull in and there was another customer waiting almost in front of the service garage door. He was standing holding an umbrella. I parked outside and walked into to tell him i wanted to pull in. After i pulled into garage the attendant told me that i was scheduled to go to the express garage. I check the email i got after i called and made the appointment. There was nothing telling me which exact building to go to but the address of the dealership.

  • Recall Repair

    The actual repair was very good. It took several calls to get an appointment. Evidently the parts were not available until well after the recall was issued by Chrysler. When they were available, dealers only got a few. Once I got an appointment they made sure that the parts were assigned to me so they wouldn't be used for someone else's car. The repair took longer than I'd expected. However, the people at Harper are very professional and very friendly. They do good work.

    Took my 2023 Challenger R/T in for an oil change. Madeline made the process extremely easy. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Also she helped me out with an issue I had where I bought the car from a different dealership and corrected the problem for me!! Awesome job and highly recommend Harper for your service needs!!

    Took my Jeep Gladiator in for service. Everyone there were very friendly and accommodating. In the past, other dealerships I went to attempted to sell me various services I did not need. Harper dealership is a no pressure organization and only suggested replacing the air filter at the next scheduled service.

    I had purchased the Harper Jeep extended warranty for my 2020 Rubicon JL when I bought it from Harper Jeep in 11/2019 and was extremely pleased with the overall purchase experience. I recently had to bring her in for warranty work(broken DS visor). I was given an appointment and parts were on hand, repaired same day and garage door opener now works great. The staff kept me updated on the repair and I received my Jeep back within the time estimated. I am very pleased with the service after sale that Harper Jeep of Alcoa of Tn provides and highly recommend them for sales and service needs. Bruce

    I brought in my 2014 Jeep Patriot I just bought in for a few recalls and to see if they can fix a broken head rest. They were great and Dray also told me about a second recall I didn’t know about. They were able to get all the work and I wasn’t charged a ton for the work that wasn’t a recall. They kept me up to date the whole time while I waited for the work and were very friendly. Also helped me find the parts website where I can order more vanity stuff when I really get into that “Jeep Life”. Thanks a ton and I’ll be buying my next vehicle with you later on.
  • Disappointing service experience

    On Saturday, July 27, my husband and I stopped in to the Harper Jeep service department in Alcoa to make an appointment for recall and warranty work on our Wrangler and Grand Cherokee. After confirmation of the recall on the Wrangler and inspection of the Grand Cherokee for the warranty work, an appointment was made for Saturday August 3 at 10:00 AM with a young woman service consultant. We were told the parts for the Wrangler (a passenger airbag) were in stock, and the parts for the Grand Cherokee (carbon fiber trim) would be ordered, and we would be contacted if there were any problems, otherwise we should just come back on August 3 at 10 am to get the work done. We received no contact, so we were there at 10 am on August 3. After around an hour waiting, we were told they had none of the parts, including the airbag that we were told they had a week before. We pointed out to the service consultant on duty this day, a young man, that it was our understanding that the parts would be there, and that we were expected. He assured us he would take care of the problem. To his credit, we received a call when we got home, giving us the information concerning what was being done to order the necessary parts. We had 2 bad experiences when this dealer was Rice Dodge. We were hoping the new owners were going to be better. This has been a disappointing experience. It is our sincere hope that the follow up to this problem is completed to our satisfaction.
