Easiest experience ever!

Great customer service, easy purchase experience. I had a fantastic salesman named Brandon who made the whole leasing process so easy. I love Ford all around. This is my 4th lease and will never go anywhere else. The service department hands down is the BEST. I always have a great experience with them. Everyone I meet at Ford is professional and friendly. Ford dealership in Sioux Falls is the place to purchase or lease!

    Your service was excellent. Since I had accidentally put in gas instead of diesel into our RV right across the street, your servicemen pumped out the gas, installed new filters in, and it was fixed! We were very pleased with the great service - it was done much more quickly than we expected and the RV performed perfectly afterwards.     Techs diagnosed and repaired my F250 Power Stroke in a timely manner. AJ the service advisor is a gem of a guy. Kept me aware of the details of the diagnostic and repair. I thought the price was fair for the service performed.

    Brought my truck in to get an oil change and tire rotation. Cody Bowman was my advisor. He was professional, didn't push for any service items not needed and fast. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I hope Cody will be there every time I bring in my truck.

    I had my 2011 Ford Taurus serviced with an oil chsnge. Staff was very helpful. I also made a quick stop a few weeks ago as the windshield wiper fluid was leaking. The young man looked under the hood and immediately noticed the hose was loose. He tightened it, added fluid and did not charge me. Very polite and helpful young man. I think I recall his name was Adam but could be wrong.

    I could not be happier about my visit to Ford. I was concerned about my vehicle and Andrew made sure that I knew what was going on with my vehicle to ease my mind. He was so helpful and answered any questions that I had. The service was fast and efficient.     Have a 2013 Edge. Was able to get it serviced in an hr, which was pretty good given the line. Enjoyed some coffee & cookies while I waited, then went on with my day. Great service, great timing, easy to get to, car was in and out w no issues--thanks guys!!!
