NOT SATISFIED
by MCKEEB81 on 04/03/2019I took my Silverado LTZ in for an oil change,tire rotation and multi point inspection yesterday(4/2/19) and my tires were NOT rotated. I was charged $77.10 for this service. I have been taking my vehicles there for years and have never had… an issue. When I called, the operation manager said he was sorry and that they would send me a check in the mail for $15.99 which is the fee for tire rotation. On top of that, the service boy tried to keep my locking lug nut tool but never rotated my tires. I had to go back in and get my tool from him. Now, I'm questioning did they even change the oil or inspect the rest of the truck. I am going to pull my dipstick and check to see if the oil is clean and also if the filter looks new. I will remember the "techs" employee number and I will request that he never touches my vehicle again! I will probably stand there next time to make sure all work is done correctly. I give 1 star on this service review!Mr. McKee, Thank you for your valuable feedback. I understand our Service Manager has already contacted you and offered to re-inspect all to assure you your vehicle is ready to go. I had been going to burns for me years prior to my move things have stayed the same very curtious people and I was kept… informed of the movement and hoe much longer it would be I appreciate that very much. Oil Leak at 49,000 miles, SOLD CAR
by QC Inspector on 01/03/2019at 49000 miles my car has an oil leak. It took over 2 days to diagnose and then 1400.00 to repair. When I got the car back from being serviced it still had a leak and then I sold the car and will never buy another Chevrolet again.QC Inspector, I regret that your post is anonymous and I cannot research your concern. Sometimes an oil leak can have residual drops fall if we did not get all the original leak clean up, or maybe we did not get the original leak or there may have been an additional undiscovered leak. In any case, we guarantee all of our work. I wish we had an opportunity to resolve your issue regardless of cause. Regards, Claude Burns

by Elizabeth on 12/27/2018Service guys only waited on who they wanted to and then after I told them what I needed they said they wouldn’t be able to look at it today. They also wanted to charge me $136 just to diagnose the problem when I told them what the problem… was.... the satellite antenna was leaking not like it was a motor problem!Elizabeth, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry we could not accomodate repairing your leak at 4:00 last week. When we give an estimate on a water leak repair we do not have a good indication of what will be required to diagnose and make the repair. We would rather tell you too much and give you a pleasant surprise of a lower bill than the unpleasant surprise when we don't know what will be required for such a repair. Also, if we set an appoinment for 4:00 in the afternoon for a water leak repair, then shame on us and I apologize somebody did not better understand what you wanted done so late in the day. Read Before Going To Burns Chevy!

Burns called and informed me the window motor needed replacing. OK. I pick up the truck, the window works great! The 2nd day the window… stopped working again. I took it back. they said they found a loose wire. It was a loose wire all along. I didnt get a refund, apology or anything. I spent a ridiculous amount of money on a loose wire. Another incident. My vehicle would not start. I called Burns service group and explained that i was a customer and was parked 100' or less from the dealership. The guy said he couldnt help me. I would have to call a tow truck to get the vehicle from a parking lot beside the dealership to the dealership!! unbelievable. I get the vehicle over to the service dept. Later that day they call me to come pick it up, its fixed! I had to pay over $300 for them to reprogram the computer. No physical labor. No wrench turning. They said the computer on the vehicle just lost its memory and needed new programming. What a rip-off. TAKE THE GOOD ADVICE. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BURNS CHEVROLET FOR SERVICE! You will get lied to, cheated and taken advantage of.I cannot even begin to respond to such a ridiculous assertion. Claude Burns
