This time I worked with Dustin to get the repairs done on my car and he was absolutely… wonderful. All repairs were completed same day and also arranged for Nate to take me home and bring me back for pick up. Both Dustin and Nate were very courteous and provided exceptional service.2016 Jeep

Hand off and no follow up
by Driver8 on 12/15/2023Asked for a quote on a minor repair while in for general service. They didn’t do the quote while I waited for two hours for the service. Upon check out, my rep says I have to talk to the “shop” rep who was seated next to my rep. The “shop”… rep says they’ll email me the quote for the minor repair — then never did. So it was like a run around followed by being ignored. I don’t think I’ll be back even though I bought the vehicle from AutiNation and have been a loyal service customer. I probably wouldn’t have bothered to write this but they keep spamming my inbox with requests for feedback on my service.Pleasant experience!

Vacation planning

I had been to the service department there in previous years and alway was completely satisfied. This visit… was just as impressive from check in to keeping us informed of the progress. Cassie was fabulous and the dealership is immaculate. When I brought my truck in Dustin was very nice & wrote down all my concerns. When I went to pick… up my truck again Dustin was very nice. He told me everything they did & what they were not able to do. Gave me very good price on tires that needed to be replaced. Auto Nation did not over charge me for ANYTHING which is refreshing from a dealership. The only thing they could do better is to give quotes before starting service. Unbelievable
by Unhappy on 10/23/2023Took vehicle in for noise on front end and vibration at 50-60 mph. Bloated estimate that cost 450 claimed 8500 in repairs. Second opinion replaced front brakes and tie rod to complete alignment. 1200 out the door.Hi, we appreciate you taking the time to respond. Once the mechanic figured out the issues Chris went above and beyond to explain all in detail! He was so… knowledgeable and made sure I fully understood everything that needed to be fixed. I failed to get the mechanic’s name but she did a fantastic job checking the vehicle in detail and making sure everything was fixed. I've taken my RAM there twice now and Chris and Cassie are so nice and courteous and professional and just bend over backwards… to make sure you are happy. And the service techs really know what they're doing.
