Hand off and no follow up

Asked for a quote on a minor repair while in for general service. They didn’t do the quote while I waited for two hours for the service. Upon check out, my rep says I have to talk to the “shop” rep who was seated next to my rep. The “shop” rep says they’ll email me the quote for the minor repair — then never did. So it was like a run around followed by being ignored. I don’t think I’ll be back even though I bought the vehicle from AutiNation and have been a loyal service customer. I probably wouldn’t have bothered to write this but they keep spamming my inbox with requests for feedback on my service.
