Do your homework or get taken advantage of
by Alex Cowsert on 11/02/2023The car I wanted was there so that was good. I feel like this experience helped me figure out what I will do VERY differently next time. I was there just trying to get the car I went to check out and the process still took over 4 hours.… They come ask you one question and then walk around for 30 minutes. One of the sale leads there was very pushy and rude. Throwing all kind of numbers at you and not letting you really ask your questions. Or when you ask a question he tries to make you feel stupid. Then they claimed they were detailing, putting gas in the car, and putting air in the tires. Told me the light should go off and if not let them know. It did not go off and I let them know. However they ignored me and the situation… very unprofessional in my opinion.Hi Alex, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at AutoNation USA Charleston. Her product knowledge along with unwavering customer service sealed the deal for me.… Christina Shipmon brought the process full circle for me. She was very transparent, and thorough with each document. It was easy to understand the terms of my deal, and any question was answered with professionalism, and great detail. She went above and beyond helping me search for the right car and… I can't thank God enough for having her be my contact/sales woman in purchasing my new car. I'm beyond grateful with all the help she's given me, even though it took 4 weeks of back and forth text on which vehicle I wanted, she ended up getting me into a better one than the cars I have looked for online. The best dealership anyone could go to when buying a car. They don't give you the run around and will prioritize your needs in what you are looking for and Trissa worked extra hard to get me what I wanted. Thank God for you Trissa! I didn't think I'd be approved for a vehicle, but she made it possible. She was able to get the sales manager,… Andre, to run the numbers and work with me, to make it easier for me financially. Once everything was done, I met with Pierre, and signed the documents to seal the deal.
