AutoNation USA Charleston

The car I wanted was there so that was good. I feel like this experience helped me figure out what I will do VERY differently next time. I was there just trying to get the car I went to check out and the process still took over 4 hours. They come ask you one question and then walk around for 30 minutes. One of the sale leads there was very pushy and rude. Throwing all kind of numbers at you and not letting you really ask your questions. Or when you ask a question he tries to make you feel stupid. Then they claimed they were detailing, putting gas in the car, and putting air in the tires. Told me the light should go off and if not let them know. It did not go off and I let them know. However they ignored me and the situation… very unprofessional in my opinion.
