    This was a new vehicle purchase. After making the purchase, a couple minor issues that were not pleasing, ie. couldn't get vehicle registered/completely setting up the vehicle, collision light staying on, wheels needing balanced.. Other than these, for the most part I am very happy with this purchase.. I'm not a person that purchases new vehicles often.. But if I need to purchase another new vehicle, I would very much consider purchasing from Richard Kay.

    Wonderful experience buying a new car. My salesman, Mike Mattison, was informed and knowledgeable about the SUV. The dealer let us keep the vehicle over the weekend so we could do more than a quick test drive. We got a great deal and a great trade-in price. Would highly recommend Richard Kay.

    Bought my 2017 Silverado on Friday January the 25th to which I got to give a shout out to Gary Sellers who worked with me demonstrating this truck before the purchase, ended up with a good deal and great truck for the price I would recommend Richard Kay to anybody looking for a car, truck, suv for their prices and great sales team. Again a big thanks to Gary Sellers for working with me.

    I had an awesome experience at Richard Kay. They really helped me with my trade-in and gave me a great deal on a brand new Tahoe. The finance department and and customer services/sales were great to work with. After purchasing my Tahoe they took time to go over all of the vehicle's features.

    On June 27, 2016 my wife and I went back to Richard Kay to purchase another vehicle after having a wonderful experience several months ago. My wife needed a new car therefore Richard Kay was the place. We were greeted by a salemen name Alex. After sitting down with him, he stated that the bank was closed that he wanted to use and that he would give us a call on Monday, That Monday, my wife called Alex over 6 times for an update to only be lied to consistently. Alex finally called me later that evening and said we could be financed for a Silverado like the 2015 model we currently have. I let him know we would be there by 6pm. After rushing from Greenville to Richard Kay we were greeted by a rep who stated Alex had left for the day. This really upset us being that I just spoke with him. After a few days of not hearing from Alex we decided to try another dealership and ended up going to KEVIN WHITAKER CHEVROLET and getting the most amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I'm happy to say that we left KEVIN WHITAKER CHEVROLET with the VEHICLE SHE WANTED from the very start with payments we could afford. I was highly disappointed as this was the experience we hoped for from Richard Kay and did not get that. I'm not sure if it's new salesmen with no experience but it is one that was highly disappointing and unprofessional to write about in this review. I had just bought my a vehicle from this dealership 5 months ago brand new and was wanting to add another vehicle to our family. As a military veteran who once bragged on Richard Kay and sent referrals, I will not be back.

    James Neely provided an easy and comfortable experience leasing my new Buick Encore. Showed me how all the bells and whistles worked, explained the financing and helped me get my insurance transferred. Love the car and the dealership.

    You will find an outstanding and delightful experience when shopping at Richard Kay. There is no pressure and the staff if very friendly. They know their product line and answer questions concisely. From the shopping experience to the buying experience I would recommend this dealership. When we arrived Alex Hind introduced himself and assisted us in the shopping process. We returned at a later date to purchase and once again we had the pleasure of dealing with Alex. He is very knowledgeable about the product line and has excellent follow up skills. We felt confidant that we were getting the best possible deal on a new Traverse.

    I remarked a few times during the process that it was easy and actually enjoyable working with Alan and Mark during the process. I said I forgot I was spending as much money as I was due to their attitude an personality. Normally the car buying process is stressful and you don't really feel good about the 'deal' all the way through. This time it felt good all the way through. I felt good about the deal, the interactions with the folks and the car is a great ride!

    Everyone we spoke with at Richard Kay hovered on the edge of rude from the time we arrived. We went to this dealer and actually test drove a car they had. After the test drive we were bombarded by the sales manager, salesman and the used car person. When we asked what we could get on trade from out 2010 Honda we were told they didn't want our car. We left went to another GMC dealer and they gave us $16000 trade in on the Honda. Be cautious with your trade.

    Very pleasant transaction, Katie was very helpful from the first message I emailed her and worked with me constantly to ensure that both, me and her dealership are happy with the transaction. I even told everyone I talked to at the dealership how great help she was throughout this process. I was hoping to see her there and personally thank her for her help and everything she did to accomodate my needs and make this a pleasant transaction, but I understand she is not working at the store during weekends. I enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of new or used vehicle. Service and professionalism she provided is very hard to find, and is always appreciated.
