Adam the salesman was awesome! He was a gentleman. The whole team made us feel like family. I don't no how they get there people but they all where great. This will be my dealership here on our. Thanks Adam and team Faulkner.

The staff in sales & service did everything in their power to get the problem diagnosed and rectified just as quickly as possible. We are now driving our 2015 Buick LaCrosse… with OnStar and we are very very happy. Sorry there was a problem with the factory installed module but so happy the Faulkner group found the problem got it replaced in a timely fashion & got us our new car in perfect condition.Fantastic

However I did feel like the financing was not open about the percentage rate I would be getting on my loan. I was not actually informed of the percentage rate until I… asked at the time of signing. Had I known earlier what the rate would be, I would have looked to finance on my own for a better rate.Excellent Customer Service

I just drove into service department after my accident and they took care of me immediately, even without an appointment. They provided me with a ride back home and gave… me frequent progress reports. Whenever I called, there was someone to answer my questions. I only wish the potholes (that caused the damage in the first place) were repaired as quickly.Excellant sales and service and a great no haggle experience!

They called me as soon as they found the problem and said they needed to order the parts and it would be fixed the following day. They even gave me a loner car. My truck was ready… the next afternoon.
