A Dip in the Road

Chris Johenning worked with my insurance company to file my report. I just drove into service department after my accident and they took care of me immediately, even without an appointment. They provided me with a ride back home and gave me frequent progress reports. Whenever I called, there was someone to answer my questions. I only wish the potholes (that caused the damage in the first place) were repaired as quickly.
