Always excellent service

Piazza has prompt, efficient service. They offer loaner cars if your service will be more than an hour or so. I don't know if they have drivers to drop you off and pick you up, like other service departments (my husband's Volvo dealer does). The service advisors are, for the most part, polite and helpful. When there has been a problem or issue with my service, they have taken care to address the issue immediately.

My three year old TL told me to come in for B123 service. Sounded complex, and I made arrangements to have my wife take me to and from work. Was pleasently suprised that Piazza told me that no appointment was necesasary and that i could use express services after work and that it would only an hour or so. When they did the overall vehicle check-up, they noticed that the battery was weak and replaced it under warantee.

We did the service associated with our new car purchasing. The dealership called us ahead of time and informed us with the documents we need to bring at the time of service clearly. And they gave us the same brand car for driving to work on the day of service. The service was done very well, and the people working there are very polite as always. Overall, we had an excellent experience and we would give a five-star for their service rating.

We purchased our new MDX 2012 at Piazza Acura of West Chester and we enjoyed our car and our purchasing there. We went to a couple dealerships and we ended up here not only because it is close to where we live but they offered us a good price as compared to the other dealerships surrounding, even though we were not quite satisfied with the price they offered us for our trade-in as others mentioned before. But still they offered us a good overall price and the people working there are nice and straight. Overall I would recommend this dealership to my friends and give a four-star for their sales.

Recently took our MDX in for service after hearing a whirring noise - problem was diagnosed as a bad front left wheel bearing - replaced under drivetrain warranty - no issues and Stuart was great.

Piazza Acura of West Chester has consistently provided great service for my 2005 RL. For a recent service appointment, they fully communicated the service required for my car, readily and thoroughly answered my questions, completed that service in the timeframe promised and at the price quoted. Washed and vacuumed my car as well. This is a very friendly, helpful and customer-oriented dealership...the best dealership on every level that I have dealt with over the past 30+ years.

I was happy that I was able to schedule my 60,000 mile service appt over the internet on Friday for Monday morning. I like the convenience of dropping my car off on Sunday evening and then picking it up by the end of the day Monday. The service was quick, the car was cleaned, they applied the best coupon deal, and it cost what they said it would cost - great service!
