Used Car Buying

Also, during the process of buying this vehicle we left and returned a little later to pick up the car. AS I live in Macon, GA and had my wife at the Meadows Casino, I couldn't spend a lot of time at the garage. Cuddo's to your staff mentioned above, but one person… deserves a butt chewing. Please understand I take very good care of my F-350 diesel Platinum long bed with an ARE cap. I quit counting after I hit $74,000. on the MSRP (includes cap and customizing). As this is a full cab, I always carry a couple towels on the back seat to protect the black PLATINUM seats. When I picked up my truck in stall 31 I was shocked to see the container of two (2 1/2 gallon) bottles of UREA on my beautiful seats(and not under the towel), and yes, the box was dirty as are my seats NOW! Enough said, you get the message!?

Throttle Body Repair Should have been a recall
by elmar5159 on 08/13/2015The problen with our car was the throttle body. Luckily my husband was driving the night our car developed this problem. All of a sudden the car lost driving power, luckily we just happened to be on a country rocd and not on a major… road,(Cincinnati) as our son was in his Ford car a few weeks before this happened to us. In our opinion there should be a major recall for all Ford cars, since it coincidently happened to both of us, within a few weeks. Top Notch Experience
by devonj13 on 08/01/2015Bud Little was our sales rep. He was attentive, accommodating and knowledgeable. We were deciding between a Ford Edge Sport and a Lincoln MKX. He reviewed the benefits extensively of each car and left the decision up to us. Bud didn't… resort to cheap sales tactics to apply pressure; instead he answered our questions honestly and was upfront. The Finance Manager recognized our need to complete the paperwork quickly since our young children were in tow. He was professional and didn't drag out the process by trying to nickel and dime us with extended coverage. Service is good; seem to need more capacity
by BluFusion on 07/28/2015I always have a positive experience when my car is serviced at Washington Ford. The people are friendly and helpful and my car is done on time at a reasonable price. My only issue is that it is sometimes difficult to get an appointment… within a few days of when I call. When I cannot have the service that I need (oil change, inspection, tires, etc.) done within a week of calling, or I need service within a few days, I have gone elsewhere.Great service, long check in
by aslang on 07/25/2015Everything was fine, except I didn't like having to wait 16 minutes to check in with a service provider for an oil change. It seems to me there needs to be a way for quick check ins to be done while Joe blow explains to Kevin what is wrong… with his car. All I needed to say was "Here for my appointment let me know when it's done" and go into the lounge. But, nope I had to wait 16 minutes to say that.Always happy with Ford dealership and work done there.

We have trusted Kevin Konek since he worked at Budd Baer and we owned Subaru cars. When he went to Ford, we followed him. He is… honest and we trust his judgement on everything he says we need to take care of..'sIf he says we need something done,, we need it done. The work is always done in a timely manner and for a fair price. The only complaint I will talk about is the greasy hand/finger marks on my leather driver armrest and that area. It happens every time and I always let it go. This trip I actually soiled the sleeve of a good sweater on the grease. That could be addressed with the actual mechanics. Thank you.
