The respect, care, and most importantly LOVE that he shows my mom has made myself and… my family only work with him. He goes above and beyond. He is truly one of a kind.Stand up guys

Michele the service manager and Jason really care about the company and reputation and are absolute stand up people. Here is what the review… should say What a bunch of stand up guys. In the times when most dealers are marking prices above sticker these guys did not do it. Came in, zero pressure and left with my all new Trail Boss Midnight Edition. Especially thanks to Troy who assisted with the whole deal. Michele the service manager is great to deal with and Jason the owner is a stand up guy who sticks to his word.Sold me on service plan and that's where it went bad
by cellispa on 03/22/2022I paid for Patriot VIP which is 1 oil change a year, all inspections and emissions for 5 years. I thought...not a bad deal. Well, fast forward. Went in and got my first service from Chevy free. Drove to FL and back then barely drove the… truck for several months and noticed a bunch of oil underneath it. Luckily there is still enough oil to register on the dipstick but immediately took it local to see what the issue was. Long story short they never tightened the oil filter so oil was coming out. Got lucky it didn't go dry. So I sent an email to them on the 3rd. No answer. Called on the 4th and left a message since no one answered the phone at the dealer. Finally out to dinner and get a call back. Not sure what his name was I think he was finance manager. Of course he said he would cancel and let me know the amount I will get back. I of course said it should be 100% since I never used them for service other than the free one from Chevy and you see how that worked out. He then said I have to send it to the bank since there is a loan. Fine no problem. Fast forward another few weeks. I have called twice now and left voice mails. (Once last Monday and today for "the manager") Have I gotten any answers NO. Of course not. I'll give it a few more days then I guess off to BBB.org to see if there is any response. LAST UPDATE: I get a call from Brett the finance manager. They said they are refunding money to me but only $707 out of $899. Never once used the contract and actually had to put out over $100 out of pocket to get their service screw up fixed and all he can say was "I can't peak for service" and the contract is Pro Rated. Needless to say I will never go there for anything and my 5 star review quickly shot down to zero. I would avoid at all costs.
