  • Top Notch Dealership

5 out of 5 starsby RDietrick on 05/22/2015

I was in the market for a new Chevy Tahoe, so I visited a dealership (not to be named) that I had purchased 4 other vehicles from in the past 2 years. Being this is the 5th vehicle I figured they would roll out the red carpet and work a deal with me. I was wrong. On a whim I decided I would contact Ciocca Chevrolet in Quakertown to see what inventory they had. From the gate, the staff was fantastic. I was put in touch with the GM Iad Antonios and he immediately said he wanted to earn my business. We negotiated and came to an agreeable figure without me physically seeing the vehicle. Iad offered to drive the car to my house on a Sunday for me to see it and drive it. Seriously never had customer service like that before! John Hall was the salesman for the transaction and made everything smooth and painless. He was beyond knowledgable about the vehicle and its options. He was a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY recommend Ciocca Chevrolet in Quakertown if you are looking for a painless car purchase from a friendly staff, with impeccable customer service skills. FIVE STAR ORGANIZATION

  • Terrible

Beware of SLEAZY sales tactics. Worse than a used car dealer. Called ahead about a truck was still available. Drive 2 hours and was shown the truck which was still on display and wasted 1 hours time sitting around only for them to tell me it was actually sold and continued to try selling me a new vehicle. Received a call back four days later asking if I was still interested in the truck I came to look at as it was STILL available meaning they never even had it sold. They also said that they do not negotiate prices and that the vehicle was $4400 below blue book which when I pulled not up and showed them that it was in fact only $500 below they were left with no response. Never will do business with this group of dealers. They just lie and lie and have no responses when caught

  • Time Consuming, lack of knowledge and a waste of time

OMG, the sales person knows nothing about the product ... knows nothing about auction, Manheim, wholesale or retail. Sales person knows nothing about GM incentives. Dealer knowing posts combined rebates on their website, when then know many cannot be combines (or stacked). HUGE bait and switch ... tell you one thing to get you in the door, then rescind their statement, pricing or discount. Afterwards, they try to make you think they are doing you a favor when they offer you less than wholesale on a trade than another written offer from another dealer. WHY would anyone think it makes sense to make a lower offer, instead of saying "sorry, we cannot match or beat that price." On top of that, the sales person quoted me a priced well below invoice, only to learn, he was not able to make any such quote.
