I bought my used Rav 4 from another dealer, only to quickly discover that they put this car on there lot without really examining important details. The original dealer sent me to Spitzer… because they did not have the appropriate equipment to help me. So, after another delay, I arrived at Spitzer with a hopeful feeling that they could help me with my problem. And that is when I met Deana Hicks , my first contact with Spitzer. Friendly, sweet and extremely knowledgeable. She explained what Spitzer was going to do, relieved my worry and did all of this in a timely manner. I know I made a friend in Deana. Thank you Spitzer for a wonderful experience. I would like very much to bring my extended warranty and my Rav 4 to Spitzer for further check up’s. A great partner with your vehicle

Spitzer Service to me is unmatched they are very accommodating and they have the… best staff I ever had dealt with Charles Carter is always there and keeps me informed of all my services. Service, Emissions and PA Inspection top notch

My service rep James Thomas was great. He kept me informed during the entire service.… The technician/mechanic did a great job videoing and informing me of the inspection points, what was good to go and what may need replaced during next service. Very satisfied with my all of my Spitzer experiences. Thank you, DaveDave, Thank you for your positive review! by D Dwyer on 06/20/2025Very disappointed that their policy is to add a 3% fee for using a credit card. How do you run a business with the expectation that your customers are responsible for paying you and the credit card company. I guess next time I’ll pay cash… if they still accept it.Avalon!!!!!

Always loved when she waited on me. And, thank you to the gentleman who helped me navigate… repositioning my seat when the work was done. I am still in the “learning” phase!
