Ideal car buying experience! Low pressure, a great deal and professionalism

We were faced with a low pressure sales process, our negotiations were quick and we signed our paperwork… in short order. Moe was a pleasure to work with and took the time to make sure we were familiar with all the features of our new SUV. Additionally, the price was fair, and the process was quick and easy. However, what made the experience a 5+… star was the customer experience. I dealt with Chris from the first email inquiry. Chris even scheduled a call with me to introduce himself and the dealership before my appointment. He took the time to review the vehicle's features and even called me later in the day when he saw my son driving the brand-new car—genuinely exceptional customer experience. PRICE GOUGING AND DISCRIMINATION
by Ms very dissapointed on 02/01/2024This dealership will not honor the online price after the msrp they addd hidden fees to up the price not matching the online quotes. In person experience was horrible was told that they don't have to sale to us and its no negotiating… anything.We acknowledge your review and are currently looking into the events you’ve detailed.

I called before I drove to Media (as I live a mile away) and everything he said to me on the phone was… still the case when I arrived. I've had an experience at a different location where the representative was not as helpful and did not know all of the deals Chevrolet had to offer (including the college credit). I already knew what vehicle I wanted to buy, and I'm very thankful that Mark was able to walk me through the process. Down the road, I would most definitely drive the extra miles again to purchase from Thomas Chevrolet!Camaro
