My experience at Thomas Chevy (Media location) could not have been better. They had the exact car I was looking for on the lot. Additionally, the price was fair, and the process was quick and easy. However, what made the experience a 5+ star was the customer experience. I dealt with Chris from the first email inquiry. Chris even scheduled a call with me to introduce himself and the dealership before my appointment. He took the time to review the vehicle's features and even called me later in the day when he saw my son driving the brand-new car—genuinely exceptional customer experience. I highly recommend Thomas Chevy in Media.
