    From the first step on the property until I drove off of the lot, the used car buying experience was painless. I liked the no-pressure atmosphere and the willingness to help me through every step of the process. Thanks Cory and Derrick! I certainly didn't think they'd offer me a trade on my Yukon XL with almost 432k miles, but they did, saving me the hassle of what to do with a HIGH mileage SUV. I can only hope my "new" Yukon XL Denali can be as reliable.

    I absolutely love my new Fiat 500x, and the experience I had with purchasing at Faulkner! Jason was great and so helpful! He went above and beyond getting me into my new car. They are great to work with and truly care about their customers. They have a lifelong customer with me!

    Outstanding car buying experience. Sales staff was helpful, but low-key. None of the typical high-pressure tactics. Service department after the sale so far has been wonderful!

    Where to start? Took six months to get title to the new vehicle we purchased due to their errors. Forget the service department if you buy here. Customer service is as frigid as a freezer and lacks knowledge. Had to go back three times to resolve issue with tire monitoring sensor. They changed oil in same vehicle which led to car being towed back to dealership the same day due to no oil in the crankcase. They blamed it on a faulty mopar o-ring.
