onWhere to start? Took six months to get title to the new vehicle we purchased due to their errors. Forget the service department if you buy here. Customer service is as frigid as a freezer and lacks knowledge. Had to go back three times to resolve issue with tire monitoring sensor. They changed oil in same vehicle which led to car being towed back to dealership the same day due to no oil in the crankcase. They blamed it on a faulty mopar o-ring.
