Inquired on the internet to other dealerships and was given a fantastic price from Piazza which is… over 50 miles from my home. They contacted me with a price even though it was Saturday night on a holiday weekend. Brandon went way beyond being helpful with information and answering questions. I found the whole dealership personnel helpful and friendly. The paperwork was done very quickly and efficiently. Brandon in still available and answering my questions (I am new to all the electronics) via text messages and phone. I will highly recommend Brandon to family and friends. It was worth the drive.Very pleased

I first started test driving the accent and elantra to narrow what I liked better and see which one I could afford. With the help of Robbie Sadler, I… made a great decision on the car I purchased. He first had me do my homework as to running my monthly expenses, what my income was etc. He is very helpful and is not your typical salesperson of selling you something that you don't need and cannot afford. I would recommend asking for Robbie bc he does a great job in taking you through the whole car buying experience! Also, I liked that he followed up with me a few days later after purchasing my car. by bentj1234 on 06/08/2016My initial experience with this dealership as far a sales goes, wasn't bad. the young man that helped me with choosing the vehicle I ended up with was pleasant enough. However, it was after the sales was completed that I started having… troubles. The care turned out to be a big LEMON. almost immediately I started having problems after problems with the vehicle. It was a 2012 elantra, brand new, maybe 5 miles on it. I had this piece of crap for 3 years and had to take it back 12 times, yes 12 times to have it serviced. At 1 point the horrible little man in the service department acted as though I was an imposition on him. I finally decided to get rid of this piece of crap and thought I'd give them a chance to redeem themselves, well true to for they did not. First off the young man that pawned that awful car off on me, was no longer there. The young lady that was suppose to be helping me was not listening to me or interested in what I wanted, she only wanted to move certain vehicles and kept trying to steer me to those vehicle. I finally decided to go somewhere else. I went ti Del Chevrolet on RT 30 in Paoli and was able to get just the type of vehicle I was trying to get at Piazza Hyundai. I am loving my new car and thanks to the people at Piazza Hyundai I have a vehicle that I enjoy getting into each and every time I do. So, thanks for not selling me what I wanted, thanks for not listening to me, thanks for trying to sell me what you wanted to and not what I wanted, for in doing so I was forced to go somewhere else to get a great deal and a wonderful vehicle.Bought a Santa Fe

There were no high pressure sales tactics and the amount we were given for our trade was very fair. Niko was great to deal with and had… excellent knowledge of the car we were purchasing. I can't imagine why anyone in the immediate area would not choose this dealership over all the other Hyundai dealerships. In addition to the positive experience, they had more models in stock than any dealership.Awesome all around

We saw a car we liked by looking on autotrader.com which led us to Piazza Hyundai. We were helped by Mark… Steficek. He was awesome! He was very friendly, attentive but was not overbearing or pushy at all. He made us feel comfortable & got us out the door with the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. He worked with my daughter and I to get her a used car with the specifications she wanted. We had done a good deal of research… and he assisted us with understanding our options and the pricing. We loved his personal sales book that he shared with us while we waited to complete the sale. The typical paperwork process was expedited upon our request. With the low mileage and excellent condition, Mark agreed that this would be a good decision. However, thanks to an incentive program going on at the… time, and with absolutely no pressure on his part, I ended up leasing a brand new one for only pennies more per month. Everyone from top management to service technicians have always gone above and beyond to make my visits to the dealership pleasant. I've never felt like I was being taken advantage of or forced to spend unnecessary dollars. by jmpantano on 10/14/2014Piazza Hyundai and sales rep Mark Steficek exceeded all of my expectations. For the past 20 years I have driven a Toyota Camry and Toyota Highlander. I went to Piazza just as a "look see" and was pleasantly surprised. Mark asked me what I… was looking for in a car and directed me to the Santa Fe Sport. He pointed out all of the exciting features of the Santa Fe, and the 10 year, 100,000 mile warranty. This was important to me since I had my last car for 12 years. I took the car out for a test drive, and I liked the feel. I liked dealing with Mark because he was not a pushy salesman, but knew his product. He gave me the time I needed to go home and think about my purchase and did not push me to "sign the dotted line" on my first visit. He sent me a very nice follow up letter. I also spoke to Mark on the phone with questions that I had. I did my due diligence, looking at reviews, looking at car values on Kelly Blue Book, talking to friends who owned a Hyundai and even got feedback from my Facebook friends. When I decided to purchase the Santa Fe Sport Turbo, Piazza did not have the exact car that I wanted. Within 24 hours, I received a call that "my car" was found and would be at Piazza the next day. Piazza also offered me a car loan with a very good interest rate and Hyundai was offering a $1,000 rebate. The application for the loan was easy to complete and within 24 hours my loan was approved. When I picked up the car, Mark Steficek took all the time that I wanted to explain the features of the car and how to use them. He also told me to call him if I had any questions about the car. The actual signing of all the documents was done by Lisa, who was very organized, explained all the documents that I was signing and gave me 2 packets, one with the warranties for the Âglove box and one to put with my Âimportant papersÂ. Mark Steficek then took me back to the service department to meet the service team, which I thought was very nice and gave me a comfort level that I would be happy using the service department at Piazza. I am now the proud owner of a Red Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Turbo. Thank you Mark, Lisa and Piazza Hyundai. You have EXCEEDED my expectations. I highly recommend both Mark Steficek and Piazza Hyundai.Perfect fit!

She finally found exactly what she wanted at Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown. Not only is it… the right vehicle for her but the sales experience working with Dan Romano was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, instructive and personable but most important, he helped my wife develop a comfort level that was conducive to being satisfied with the price as well as the vehicle. Additionally, we had another commitment scheduled but Lisa Grose was informative, efficient and also personable in getting our paperwork processed as rapidly as possible. Both of these individuals are to be commended for making this selection/buying experience extraordinary. I highly recommend this establishment and the two employees cited.Very Poor Sales Staff
by sss14 on 09/17/2014Our experience with Piazza Hyundai in limerick was absolutely horrible. Brandon D" I guess you can consider him salesperson" was very poor overall down right insulting. I do not want to go into full detail because it would take the whole… page to go over how bad he was. He got very offended plus upset that my fiancee was there purchasing the vehicle with me. He acted like a little boy who did not get his way when we told him we were getting a better quote somewhere else. He really turned my whole family away from ever doing business with Piazza Auto group ever again We found him quite pathetic for his actions. I'm sure when he sees this it will make him think before he insults great customers and there family members. We did go ahead and released a beautiful 2014 Santa Fe Sport from Conicelli Hyundai in Conshohocken. I would recommend anyone looking for a great deal and happy confident sales staff take the ride down 422. It is worth the time and energy!!!!! Hopefully Piazza evaluates there staff members
