Pretty Good Sales Experience.
by newowner10 on 05/13/2009There was the usual running back to the sales manager to approve the deal. I probably payed to much but that is my own fault. They forgot to do some paperwork so I had to return a couple days later but mistakes happen. The salesmen wanted… me to call him on his cell phone instead of using his work phone for some reason.Good new car buying experience...being
by earlspearls on 05/14/2011updated 06/04/2025Being in my eighties, they assigned a young attractive sales woman to entice me ,it worked,after leaving the dealership as they would not meet my top dollar amount I was willing to pay. My attractive sales person called me at home, with the… news that the general sales manager authorized a good reduction in there offer to sell and would I increase my offer,I agreed to call her back in five minutes with my decision, calling back, I agreed to increase my offer to buy by $177.00.........They accepted my offer, and would have my car ready within hours. arrived back at dealership as agreed, had to wait while the previous sales was completed, I consider this to be a good sales or buying experience....Yet I did pay $177.00 dollars more than I should have. VERY attractive sales person !!!!!!Dishonest dealer

They asked me to buy an car insurance policy for that car first and then told me that the bank was closed so I could not get approved for leasing. It's easy to imagine what will happen if… I really listen to them and come by the second time. They will definitely increase the price. After holding me there for more than two hours, he did not show any regret but deadly face and bad attitude. I told him that the sale representative told me I was approved but he would not admit that, even knowing nothing about what just happened. Think twice before you start any business with this kind of dealer.Excellent Dealer work hard to meet needs
by pilotjpd on 01/15/2012updated 06/04/2025The sale people are very friendly and attentive to details. The sales team went out of there way to get the EXACT vehicle I wanted ( color and options ). Business Manager is very friendly and has a no hassle approach to the extras (… extended warrant, protection plans, etc...). Except for the fact that it took three nights at the dealership to get it done, it was one of the most pleasurable car buying experiences I have had.
