Listened to what I was in the market for, priced it fairly (no back and forth nonsense with the sales manger or finance department). The pick up was professionally and efficient. I typically HATE the new car buying experience. This was… actually pleasant! Everyone,(salesperson Pete, sales Manager and Finance manager) were all very pleasant and professional. I’ll recommend Bergeys to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.

Peter Gravinese, my salesperson, was immediately responsive. Even though the dealership was 10 hours away, the experience… was personal and efficient. Every individual I dealt with throughout the process was helpful & professional. They handled every concern, helped facilitate shipping the car, and My Lincoln Corsair was delivered to me immaculately cleaned and ready for me. Nautilus Black Label

The dilemma I had was I didnt want an SUV as I am a car person but I really wanted to stay with Bergey Lincoln. Since Lincoln doesnt make cars anymore my… choice was SUV or different brand. Drove the Black Label 6cyl Nautilus and loved everything about it. Great drive ,quality luxury and looked good. Saying all that I likely would have shopped further for a car but in my 50 yrs of buying cars I have never been treated better by any dealership . Bergeys Lincoln service dept is the best. Sales group is amazing and vehicles are top shelf. Bought the Nautilus as I will get used to driving an SUV and allow me to stay with the best dealership. Thanks to Pete for all his efforts and patience with me as I went back and forth on my decision. Very fair deal and totally satisfied in all areas. Check them out you wont regret it.USED CAR PURCHASE

Bergey's made it effortless to schedule an appointment and had the vehicles we were interested in pulled and available for a test drive when we arrived. This was absolutely… terrific as we traveled more than 90 miles to their locations. Bergey's goal was to provide us with the best service and a great experience and they did just that and more! He worked out my deal exactly to my expectations with zero pressure and stayed on top of… communication when I wasn't in the store. When I picked up my vehicle, as promised it was ready and detailed and he had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and drive off. The experience could not have been better. Honest and transparent are not typically words I use in association with car dealerships, but that is exactly what my experience was. I will definitely be back to Bergey's Lincoln and Charles for future purchases and I highly recommend Bergey's Lincoln and Charles Smith to anyone.Nice purchase

I test drove the Lincoln by myself, which wasn’t an issue, but it was an obvious red flag and a microcosm of how this dealership… operates. They refuse to negotiate anything and offer no transparency on how they arrive at their estimates. I was offered more than twice as much for my trade in at another dealership. Needless to say, I will never waste my time at this pathetic dealer again.Town Car - State Inspection

by j1005 on 06/13/2018At my last service visit to Lansdale Lincoln the mechanical service to my vehicle was performed very well by Chuck. However unlike in the past, when my vehicle was picked up on May 26, 2018 upon completion of the mechanical work, the usual… cleanup and washing of the vehicle was not included in the service. That special little extra clean up has always added a special touch to the service activity. I was very disappointed. Perhaps my disappointment was related to the fact that Chuck was not at work on the day my vehicle was picked up. Chuck would never have allowed my vehicle to leave the premises without a clean up. He is dedicated to customer service and customer satisfaction. Kudos to Chuck!!!!!!! I would recommend this dealer to a friend IF Chuck handles the service.Highly Recommended!
