Bergey's Lincoln

At my last service visit to Lansdale Lincoln the mechanical service to my vehicle was performed very well by Chuck. However unlike in the past, when my vehicle was picked up on May 26, 2018 upon completion of the mechanical work, the usual cleanup and washing of the vehicle was not included in the service. That special little extra clean up has always added a special touch to the service activity. I was very disappointed. Perhaps my disappointment was related to the fact that Chuck was not at work on the day my vehicle was picked up. Chuck would never have allowed my vehicle to leave the premises without a clean up. He is dedicated to customer service and customer satisfaction. Kudos to Chuck!!!!!!! I would recommend this dealer to a friend IF Chuck handles the service.
