by Jose on 12/17/2022My wife and I, would like to thank Arthur and the finance staff for making our car shopping experience e pleasant. When we went to see the car, it was pristine (interior, exterior, engine & undercarriage). Arthur even added some very… tasteful Frank Sinatra to the background. The temperature of the care was spot on too. He guided us around town. While I was driving, he explained every feature of the car. All of this with great humor and warm. When the initial paperwork began, he went above and beyond explaining all of our options. When the number papers came, everything looked like we expected. We never felt any pressure. There was not a single surprise with the numbers. I cannot put into words how important this was to us. Financial went super deep with all the options available. All of this while keeping the balance of making sure we understood the benefits, and avoiding pressure. After picking our options and filling the final paperwork, we were very pleased with our deal. I highly recommend Toyota of Glenside everybody. We drove two hours to get there, and would certainly drive even longer if we had to. Make sure to ask for Arthur!Rav4 Hybrid 2022

He kept me posted when the status of my order is updated. He had… Rav4 Hybrid similar to the one I ordered. I went ahead to purchase it with Rob's help. He went the extra mile such as removing my old plate tag, showing me the wheel lock for tires, etc. My experience was the best.
