Sloane Toyota of Glenside is Outstanding!
by Dina on 02/25/2020I have been a loyal customer of Sloane Toyota of Glenside for decades. As my family has grown they have been right there to help me to select the best vehicle to meet my needs. I have purchased new and used vehicles. I have had several… Camrys, a Sienna and now a RAV4 XLE which I absolutely adore! The service department has excellent service hours and they have even accommodated me when I have just walked in. My customer service specialist, Herb Lindley, is outstanding. He always reviews my service history, and provides a clear review of what I need to have done when I bring my vehicle in. There are no surprises. Herb and I also collaborate to prioritize on future maintenance to maintain my vehicle. Herb also informs me of any specials or coupons that will help with the cost. I also like the fact that I usually meet the mechanic before he works on my car and after he works on my car to review his findings. The service is completed quickly and efficiently which is why I always wait while my car is being serviced. I do have the opportunity to drop my car off, if needed. The receptionist at the desk where I make the payment is always friendly and will ask if I have any questions or concerns before I check out. It is also very convenient that I will get a text when my car is finished and I have the option of paying on my cell phone. I'm very pleased with the service provided by Sloane of Glenside and that is why I am a loyal customer.Thank you so much for your feedback as well as your loyalty. Sloane was awesome with my hybrid repair!

Then Tim was awesome, he spent a ton of time to investigate the error… codes, originally estimated the repair at $1900 but it ended up due to his due diligence to be only $600.
