    Service scheduled for our Maxima because Nissan notified us it was showing low oil. Needed new batteries in our Keyfob on our Rogue so day before we dropped off Maxima for service in AM and they replaced batteries in all three keyfobs for the Rogue night before. Service always great here. Jim P. Is especially attentive to all our needs.Next day before 9 AM they called and told us Maxima was done!

    As always the service team at Colonial was professional and courteous. My rep Bryan kept me informed and made sure he explained every aspect of what went wrong with my truck. This service department is experienced and is always on top of things.

    Went in set up an appointment for inspection and spoke to Jim Pietrowski and he said to bring it in the next morning. I dropped off my car and within about an hour I received a call saying that one of the seals had to be replaced. Jim said that they had to order the part and that it would not be available until the next day and asked me if I needed a car until my car was ready. I said that wouldn’t be necessary and the following morning I was contacted and said that my car was ready to be picked up. I have never had a problem with the service at Colonial Nissan and this is why I would never hesitate recommending them to anybody.

    I came in for inspection,oil change & rotation of tires; however, upon speaking to service rep, Mark, the car needed additional work which I could have opted to do half but I decided to do it all rather than wait for the situation to get worse due to age of car & low mileage.
