    Have purchased two cars from Conicelli and bohbtimes we sat around ALL day waiting for paperwork and such. This most recent time we nearly left. Our most recent time our sales associate was all over the place and never with us. Always people sitting around not doing anything while we waited 5 hours!

    I recently went to Conicelli Honda to look into getting out of my lease that was about to be up. I wanted to get into a jeep wrangler or another SUV vehicle that would be good with the snow. I met up with a sales man named Dimitrye. My appointment was scheduled at 9:00. Not only did he arrive 45 minutes late, but proceeded to have an attitude as if it wasn't an issue. I drove an hour to get to this location so I was a little ticked off that he was an hour late and then proceeded to take it time with settling in!! On top of him being late, which ticked me off to begin with, he had an attitude from the moment he walked into his office and started talking. He was extremely rude, did want to hear what I was interested in, cut off my fiancé every time she spoke. After explaining to him my price range, we found a car that was way out of my range. Not only was he rude about the car I was interested in, but when I asked if we could look at other cars he said " I do not have time to show you ever car on the lot, what is it you are here to accomplish". I am obviously here to find another car that is in my price range and work with a good sales associate. I will say this now, do not go to him and if you can avoid coming to this dealership than do so. I will NOT do business here ever again and after reading others reviews I am not surprised they also had a horrible encounter. I am not interested in what the conicelli Honda business manager who keeps posting has to say. I am no longer a customer and will never recommend this place to anyone. Ridiculous. Doesn't even deserve a star.

    Buying our new car from Paul Caltabiano at Conicelli Honda was a great experience. We never felt pressured and Paul gave us good, honest information on the car. I'd definitely recommend buying a car from Paul; we'll be back to Conicelli in a few years to replace another car!

    Paul C at Conicelli Honda made my CPO car buying experience a breeze. At no time did he pressure me or rush me, and the test drive was a lot longer than I thought it would be, which really helped me decide on the car. I feel that they treated me fairly, and that I walked away with a good car, and a good deal in the end.

    On Monday March 2, 2015 I brought my wife's Honda Civic into service at Conicelli Honda service. I was greeted by Assisted Manager Mark Glenn who handed the job off to Service Writer Tim who got the car in and out in 2 hours. Service Manger Joe made me feel at home with a courteous conversation and a hot cup of coffee. While my wife's car was in for service, we decided to walk next door into the Hyundai showroom looking for my favorite car salesman Mr. Darryl Smith. The man with the big smile, hardy hand shake and tv narrator voice,. instantly, he recognized me. He had sold me my first fully loaded Hyundai, a 2013 Sonata in April 2013. Awesome experience! So in no time, without any pressure, I purchased my second Hyundai from Darryl Smith. It is a 2015 Elantra GT, with all the bells and whistles. Once again, Darryl Smith provide excellent customer service and an unbelievable deal and my wife couldn't be happier. While we were buying the Elantra, Kathleen DiClementi of the Customer Service Department was able to have my Sonata serviced. Outstanding! Steven Osborne the Finance Manager also gave wonderful service getting the right loan at the right price! The purchase would not be complete without the assistance of Oliver Woolfolk the General Sales Manager. He was very friendly and has a good sense of humor. Next month, my son is going to visit Conicelli and buy a Hyundai from the best salesman. Darryl Smith is the man you want to see for a great deal on a great car. Tell him I sent you.     I had negotiated the price online and was originally under contract with another dealership. When that fell through, Conicelli was there to match the price on a new Honda CR-V and gave me a much better deal on my trade. While I would tell anybody to do your research and negotiate online, Conicelli's people were a pleasure to do business with at closing. Sales manager Mark and Arlene were very helpful. Definitely a good place to end up, especially on trades.

    Nate Simon was our sales person when we purchased our pre-owned Honda Odyssey, He was very tentative to our needs on the type of vehicle we needed with respect to our family size. I didn't feel intimidated or forced to buy any particular vehicle instead with the help of Nate Simon we got exactly what we were looking for and my entire family loves it. He took his time explaining all of the features of the vehicle and gave us hugs when we left. I loved the service we received and would recommend him to anyone..

  • No pressure for a perfect pre-owned Honda

    I recently purchased a gently used 2013 Civic with the help of Paul Caltabiano. Throughout the whole buying experience, I felt that Paul listened to me and let me direct what I wanted rather than pushing me towards a certain car. I looked at several Hondas and we also went down the road to look at Corollas. The experience was so much easier because I could deal with the same person for both Toyotas and Hondas. Paul answered all my questions and answered more questions the next day when I came back with my brother to help me decide. The whole finance and detail process took quite a while, but Paul made sure we were comfortable while we waited (water, snacks). Conicelli has a large selection of the most immaculate, low mileage used cars. I'm sure there are less expensive used Hondas out there, but I plan on keeping this car for several years, so it was more important for me to get a high quality, like-new car.
    • Paul is a great listener. He always seems to be able to find exactly what you are looking for. Multiple stores and brands is one benefit of vesting Conicelli.     I recently purchased a Honda CRV from Conicelli Honda and I'm so very glad that I did. I went to Conicelli because I had a very good experience with them when I bought my Camry in 2002. The Honda team, especially Bhavesh D, did not disappoint. I got the CRV I wanted with some extra's thrown in. It was a great experience. I wish I could buy another car from them! Conicelli Honda and their sales staff are the greatest! Thanks guys!

    I recently purchased my 2012 Honda Pilot from Nate S at Conicelli, this is the second vehicle I've gotten from the dealership. Nate was awesome, he went over and above to get me out of my lease early and into the bigger, better SUV. I was looking at 2 Pilot's and went with Nate's opinion for the model that was 1 year older but fully loaded and I've gotten a ton compliments. Nate was extremely helpful and thorough and even entertained our 1 year old that terrorized the office! In the next year or 2 when we're in the market for another car we will without a doubt go back to Conicelli and Nate!

    My wife and I had visited several Honda dealerships before visiting Conicelli. We found the experience at Conicelli to be very positive. We worked with Kevin C and Bon D and they both listened to what we wanted and gave us plenty of time to play in and around the car, as well as taking it for a test drive.

    We visited the Certified Pre-owned Honda dealership on July 4th. We had a great experience with our salesman Joe C, he worked very hard for US and even though it felt like pulling teeth to get what we felt was fair for our trade from his manager he helped us a great deal through the process. Because it was a holiday they were closing early but Joe hung in there with us until the bitter end almost an hour after their closing time. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone who is looking for a great Certified vehicle. Thanks Joe!!

  • Great Sales Experience

    I am a AAA member and obtained a AAA price quote for a Honda Civic and a Honda Fit from Conicelli Honda. Within minutes, I was contacted by a Sales Assistant from the Conicelli Autoplex confirming that cars of my choice were currently in stock and arranging a test drive and sales appointment the next day at Conicelli Honda. The next day, my wife and I were promptly welcomed by a Sales Person who described the features of the two cars and let us test drive one of each. The Sales Person was very informative, but let us make all decisions without any pressure from her. She fully honored our AAA price quotes. She also helped with the financing arrangements and auto insurance transfer. We were hoping for $1500 for a 1998 Honda Civic trade-in, but received only $900. We selected a white Honda Fit Sport and are very well pleased with our choice.

    This dealership will do anything to manipulate the numbers to rip you off. For some reason I just bought my second car from this place both times they have tried changing the deal after we came to a verbal agreement. I am not much of a haggler and still both experiences took a very long time to complete a deal (six hours for the most recent deal) most of the time was spent waiting for the sales guy to "get an answer from the manager". They like to play a lot typical games that you would expect from a low class used auto lot. They low balled me on my trade and I also overheard other customers trying to make a deal having the same problem, one customer was offered 4k less then KBB trade value. Finally the finance manager will pretend to be your best friend until you decline the extended warranties then her whole demeanor changes to let me get you the hell out here. My recommendation would be to shop somewhere else I know I will for my next Honda.

    We purchased an 09 Odyssey DVD NAV from their certified used car lot. The pickup process was awful. (It apparently was our fault because we came on a bad day) First we had to wait an hour to talk to the guy in the little office to finalize the paperwork. Then the nav dvd and one of the remotes were missing. (I'll get back to that in a second) Finally they had to run across the street to find a license plate because they ran out of pates. (Another 20 min) Back to the missing items. We were assured that we would have them, at the longest in a week. It has now been a month and still nothing! My wife and I are so disappointed that we may never buy a certified Honda again, from any dealership. I guess that making sure that the navigation dvd and car remotes are not part of the certification inspection. Throughout this ordeal Management has been nonexistent. You get the runaround, leave messages and no one calls you back. (ever) Because of this I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone for any car. If you should have an issue with your car new or used, don't expect anyone to help. Should the status change on the partswe are waiting on and we get a valid explanation on the reason why it has taken so long to make our purchase whole, I may alter this review to reflect the end result. Until then, it is what it is.

    Had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Found everyone to be professional, honest, friendly, and willing to work with me. I am very pleased with not only my Honda CRV, but also the deal I got for it. Never once did I feel pushed into a deal, accessory, or extended warranty. In fact, they let me know what was reasonable to get or to ignore, even if this took money out of their pocket. My car was ready in a timely fashion, after the accessories I ordered were put on. I would use Conicelli Honda again and would recommend them to any one looking for a Honda.

    Unfortunate for me I didn't take my boyfriend along to check the car out "thoroughly". After purchasing the vehicle found that the right side door underneath had rust and dealership was unwilling to help pay to fix the problem. They were not forthcoming about the rust. This is the second Honda I bought from Conicelli. No more. I learned my lesson the hard way. Beware!

    We went Conicelli Nissan for an Altima 2.5 S on 6-Dec after doing intensive research on TMV, cars.com, etc. After the test drive and initial negotiations, it got to be towards closing time (6 pm on Sat). In the midst of our conversation with the sales rep, we were first rudely interrupted by one of the sales managers, Rob Garrison. He then proceeded to tell us that the below invoice price they were giving was the best they could offer because of the economy and dealer holdback, etc. When we still did not like the price, the response from him was "How do you do it. A number just pops off your head from nowhere". We felt this was a total disregard of our intelligence and very rude. That was pretty much the deal breaker for us and I would not want to pay the car there.
