by Dude0122 on 07/07/2025I reneg on the original review I left which was positive but now changed cause after purchased the car, can't get a hold of salesman. Have to keep calling to try to get a answer on something. That's just telling me, we have your money. Now… good luck. Unbelievable. Yesterday I get something in mail which I thought was junk but decided to open it. Good thing I did. It was paperwork on a bank I apparently took loan out with. Know nothing about this. I asked them when buying car if they use certain banks or can I choose mine. He sd they have certain ones and then asked what bank I had so I told him. He sd they deal with them and if could get a cheaper rate from them then that's great. Keep in mind I told him I have excellent credit. So they come back and sd we got you 7.74 percent. Not complaining but still That's great considering. My banks loves me. So how this traction was done, made me believe it was my bank. So now I call them on this and of course they twist things. Never let me know what the rates were they got from who. I have no clue who this bank is let alone never heard of them. Every time I purchsed a car, I was told banks and rates. So now I'm stuck on a loan I guess that I know nothing about. So now They told me they will look into why they Sd Santander and its a different bank. Paperwork doesnt have this bank listed in loan paperwork either. So now I have to waste my time calling this bank to finding out who they are and what i need to do condering i know nothing about them. So i have to fight now for this car. Already got screwed from 1 back i didn't know. People Be very careful buying anything from them. They don't care. They just want your money and dont care anything about what happens after you leave. They can't even call you back. You have to keep chashing them until they answer. They did come down very little with the price but thats with Carfax saying they were $ above what cars worth, so no real deal. PEOPLE SPREAD THE WORDF150

I'm well into my 60's and I've never written a bad review, when I review its usually to commend a business or service. Keyser Miller has been so… poor, I have to write. I drove nearly 100 miles, NJ to PA, to purchase this car. I cleared out my trade in, but forgot my garage door opener and my NJ EZ Pass transponder on the windshield. I notified the person within 2 days of purchase. I was told that they retrieved my garage door opener and would mail it (I'm 100 miles away). They said that they checked the windshield and my NJ EZPass transponder, was not there on the car. I waited almost a month and no package arrived. I called the sales manager, twice, left voicemail, he didn't call, I wrote emails, he didn't return, I even sent a letter. I tried for a couple of weeks, before he responded. I was told that "my package was lost in the mail", but, they had found it, they had "re-mailed" it and I'd have it around Dec. 5th or 6th 2023. So again, I wait, I wait a couple of weeks. In mid-December I finally get a response. The Sales Manager says, he was "assured" that my package was mailed. In the meantime. Though Keyser assured me that they had checked and my NJ EZPass Transponder was NOT on my windshield.. I see that on Dec. 3 and Dec 5th, I am getting 4 tolls charged to my old NJ EZPass. Keyser let my car go, to someone else, never removing my NJ EZPAss transponder.. so I was out more than $30 in tolls and had to immediately shut down the account. How does a car leave a dealer, without them checking the windshield. And, what about the message I got in November, saying that they checked and the NJ EZPass, was not there? I never received my package. though they "assured" me that they had checked, and, it was mailed. They never replied as to what happened.. this got lost in the mail in November? then Found, then "re-mailed" Dec 1st, then lost again .. but they assured me, it was not. My things were never sent. No one ever said "hey we are sorry it worked out like this. I lost over $100 in fees for tolls (they didn't bother to check for my NJ EZ Pass, and for replacing my garage opener.. The worst part is. Going weeks with no response, and never, after all of these errors, never, saying.. sorry, this did not go as we would have hoped. Absolutely terrible customer service and interaction.Excellent

Sold me a pre owned Volvo with an 8 year old battery
by Bad Battery on 04/27/2023First off, this review is not a condemnation of the salesman. He was fantastic. My issue ultimately lies with the dealerships owner and the maintenance manager. On April 10th, I purchased a pre owned Volvo S60 from this dealership. The… maintenance department checked the brakes, rotors, fluids etc. Apparently nobody looked at the battery. It was the original battery that came with the car. It was in there since 2015, and I bought the car in April of 2023. Within 48 hours, I got a message on the dash saying, "low battery charge". I reached out to the salesman and I got "oh, sorry to hear that", in return. No offer from them to replace rhe battery. Ultimately, I HAD TO take the car to a Volvo dealer, where I paid $458 for a new battery, labor, and the resetting of the cars computer. I sent an email asking for a manager to contact me, and I got no response. In 30 years of buying cars, I have never been stuck with a car with a battery that was 7 to 8 years old.Service

What I really like was that I was told an estimate as to when I would need to replace my tires and brakes instead of being told all needed to be replaced at that time.… Since my car already needed some work done that was a huge relief to my checking acct. I have been driving Ford cars for the last 13 years and I have never left a dealership feeling like I hadn't been ripped off until now. I will be going back to Keyser Miller with out a doubt!Great Sales Support and Delivery
