    Absolutely awesome! Frank, Lisa & Chaz made everything so easy! Best Buying experience in 53 years. Slight carrier damage on rt mirror from hydraulic oil but taking care of it all. Such a wonderful staff! Mike Kelly Chevrolet truly is 2nd to NONE!

    We had an excellent experience at Mike Kelly Chevrolet. Joyce was very knowledgeable and helpful and got us in the perfect vehicle. It was not a high pressure sales situation, everyone was very friendly and laid back and Mike got us amazing credit terms Thank you team! We will be back for sure!

    The people here were all great, from my salesman Cody, the sales manager who is a U.S. Army Veteran which I appreciate as I am also a Veteran, to the service department guys. After casually searching for a Suburban for over a year, I drove 2 hrs to get there to purchase a truck they had advertised, which was by far the best deal I had found in a year. The truck did not disappoint, it had been detailed, filled with gas and the service guys even did a recall check when I got there, and fixed the recall right then and there (just an update to the vehicles software, nothing big). The thing that impressed me was that the recall had just showed up, but the employees there are customer focused and as I said checked for recalls when I said I wanted the truck. Cody even took the time to help me set up the Onstar as I am technically challenged, ensured I knew how to work everything before I left, and waited outside in the cold until I actually pulled away to make sure I was good to go. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and Cody in particular. The only thing I would change would be to update your website so that documents can be uploaded to expedite the purchase process to decrease the amount of time spent at the dealership.

    First, Lisa Phillips is the absolute best. This is now the 7th new car either me or my two children have bought from Lisa since 2010. There was also one used car purchased during that time, too. Kelly Chevrolet has always taken great care of me and my family. The service personnel do exceptional work and are very accommodating when scheduling routine maintenance. The parts department is well organized, and the staff is very knowledgeable. Altogether, Kelly Chevrolet is the best dealership and has earned my lifetime business.

    We have multiple messages to many different managers without a call back spanning over a 4 month period. We would just like to acknowledged and given the consideration of a return phone call. We have not had the best experience so far with them. Poor customer service. Sad, especially when this was our third vehicle we bought from them. There won't be a 4th.

    Was contacted by Mike Kelly Chevrolet regarding selling my 1013 Mini Cooper. Received a return emails from them: On May 8, 2017, at 9:44 AM, Dave Chisholm wrote: Ernest, a message from Mike Kelly Automotive. Hello Ernest, Ernest, it was good to speak with you today, and I am looking forward to working with you. listed below is all of my contact information, as well as our physical address. [contact information removed] I expressed concern about bringing my car down that far for fear that I would be low balled or told that they were not interested in my car. Was told by "Dave" that they were absolutely interested in my car and that I would be given a good deal depending on condition. My Mini is like new. Drove 70 miles to their dealership, met Mike, who passed me off to someone else, who then passed me off to someone else, who said they were not interested in my Cooper. No offer even made! No communication between employees. I specifically asked before I went down if they would buy my car and they said yes. Would not recommend these jokers.

    I really wasn't sure whether I would be able to get a vehicle or not, since my credit is not the best. They gave me every option and worked hard to put me in a car I could afford. I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased. I was treated with respect and everyone I spoke with was very nice. I will definitely be making my future purchases at Kelly!

    It was my first car buying experience, Judd Covert did absolutely everything possible to make it the best experience, he went above and beyond to make my financing a easy process. Not pushy but just right to make it a easy process. I will be back in 5 years, a big thank you to Judd Covert and the Finance Person Mike Kelly, he was such a big help!!! They answered all my questions and even stayed late to make sure I got the best deal!!! Amazing People!!!

    Mike Kelly Chevrolet Cadillac Loved it Without question, this was our BEST new car purchase experience ever. We have purchased many new vehicles over the past 20 years, from several different dealerships in Western PA. Most were larger, "high volume" type dealerships that were more interested in getting you in and out of the door. Our experience with Leroy at Mike Kelly was just the opposite. He was phenomenal to deal with from the very first phone call where we explored vehicle options to the time he handed us over the keys. Chaz from Finance was awesome as well. No high pressure push to purchase additional warranties/coverages, etc. Just good, down to earth people who really want to just do what is right and best for the customer. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience and without question would return to purchase another vehicle from them. Kudos again to Leroy for all of his hard work in getting us the best price and a great new vehicle, and to Chaz for all his hard work in getting us a great finance rate as well.
  • Misleading Advertisement

    My issue is not with the sales staff but, with the dealership mangement. My wife and I decided to purchase a newer family car so as responsible consumers we diligently spent hours searching the internet, selecting possible cars and comparing the values that each of our finds offered. We found such a vechicle at Mike Kelly Chevrolet., We found this car listed on Auto Trader and also on the dealrship's web site as a used 2014 Impala, it offered the mileage and the price range that we were looking for. I called the dealership and was connected to a sales person, Judd Covert, who I must say was very professional. I called to confirm that the car was still available and was told it was. I then made arrangements to come to the dealership to view and test drive the car. My wife and I were both delighted with the car.. After finding the car advertised at two different internet sites and researching the car we were informed that the car was incorrectly advertised, really? This appears to be a simple case of "Bait and switch," though we did not purchase anything at all. How could a car be submitted for advertisement on two different web sites not be reviewed for correctness by the one submitting it, the person publishing it, the management that directed it to be posted or any member of the dealership's leadership failed to review thier material which was put out for all to see. We will not be returning here.

    Were helpful but low key in sales presentation. Answered questions well. Offered alternatives we had not considered. Promptly followed through with information and added on options we ordered. Did good vehicle familiarization and follow up on warrantee coverage.

    I have bought 2 new KIA's and a 2013 Camaro SS/RS @ Kelly's... Salesman were great deal with, and you simply cannot beat their service !! They have best group of people in the area !!! I will not buy anywhere else ! A word to the wise is sufficient.... :)

    Dave and Karen were awesome! They made the experience easy and fun. They went above and beyond to get us the best deal and pricing for our new car. I have already recommended Kelly Auto group to friends and family. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience!
