My experience trying to sell car to Kelly's
Was contacted by Mike Kelly Chevrolet regarding selling my 1013 Mini Cooper. Treated like family
I really wasn't sure whether I would be able to get a vehicle or not, since my credit is not the best. They gave me every option and worked hard to put me in a car I could afford. I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased. I was treated with respect and everyone I spoke with was very nice. I will definitely be making my future purchases at Kelly!
Great Sales Service
I bought a gently used 2011 Chevrolet Camaro from a salesman named Dan O'Brien. He was great to work with and I would highly recommend everyone to seek him out if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.
It was my first car buying experience, Judd Covert did absolutely everything possible to make it the best experience, he went above and beyond to make my financing a easy process. Not pushy but just right to make it a easy process. I will be back in 5 years, a big thank you to Judd Covert and the Finance Person Mike Kelly, he was such a big help!!! They answered all my questions and even stayed late to make sure I got the best deal!!! Amazing People!!!

Mike Kelly Chevrolet Cadillac Loved it Without question, this was our BEST new car purchase experience ever. We have purchased many new vehicles over the past 20 years, from several different dealerships in Western PA. Most were larger, "high volume" type dealerships that were more interested in getting you in and out of the door. Our experience with Leroy at Mike Kelly was just the opposite. He was phenomenal to deal with from the very first phone call where we explored vehicle options to the time he handed us over the keys. Chaz from Finance was awesome as well. No high pressure push to purchase additional warranties/coverages, etc. Just good, down to earth people who really want to just do what is right and best for the customer. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience and without question would return to purchase another vehicle from them. Kudos again to Leroy for all of his hard work in getting us the best price and a great new vehicle, and to Chaz for all his hard work in getting us a great finance rate as well.
My issue is not with the sales staff but, with the dealership mangement. My wife and I decided to purchase a newer family car so as responsible consumers we diligently spent hours searching the internet, selecting possible cars and comparing the values that each of our finds offered. We found such a vechicle at Mike Kelly Chevrolet., We found this car listed on Auto Trader and also on the dealrship's web site as a used 2014 Impala, it offered the mileage and the price range that we were looking for. I called the dealership and was connected to a sales person, Judd Covert, who I must say was very professional. I called to confirm that the car was still available and was told it was. I then made arrangements to come to the dealership to view and test drive the car. My wife and I were both delighted with the car.. After finding the car advertised at two different internet sites and researching the car we were informed that the car was incorrectly advertised, really? This appears to be a simple case of "Bait and switch," though we did not purchase anything at all. How could a car be submitted for advertisement on two different web sites not be reviewed for correctness by the one submitting it, the person publishing it, the management that directed it to be posted or any member of the dealership's leadership failed to review thier material which was put out for all to see. We will not be returning here.
Were helpful but low key in sales presentation. Answered questions well. Offered alternatives we had not considered. Promptly followed through with information and added on options we ordered. Did good vehicle familiarization and follow up on warrantee coverage.
Customer Service at its finest
Today I walked in for my 830 appointment for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation and the staff at the Hyundai Service desk were very helpful. More so than the last Dealership I dealt with. Thanks Mike Kelly keep up the good work, I always recommend people to you guys!
Incompetent service department
Took my CTS-V to them for a steering issue more than once where the steering wheel would slip. They told me steering was fine and that they inspected all steering components. They told me it was a steering wheel position sensor or the curvature of the road I was feeling in the wheel. Opened a case with GM (useless). Kelly service said they also called GM tech line and that they didn't have any ideas as to what would cause the problem. I took it to another dealer, Baierl Cadillac, and they diagnosed the issue immediately as the intermediate steering shaft having wear and play in it. Ordered a new one for me to be installed. Kelly Cadillac service also replaced my rear window twice (screwed the first install up) for radio reception issues which didn't fix the problem. One last piece of advice, steer clear (pun intended) of the service writer Damon as he is completely clueless.

Every time I visit Kelly Chevrolet with either one of my two Chevy vehicles for service, all the people working in the service department are very courteous and treat me very well. I would recommend them to everyone!!
OUTSTANDING SALES AND SERVICE TEAM
I have purchased and serviced numerous vehicles at this location and will continue to return for any further vehicle purchases. Both the sales and service EAMS are OUTSTANDING. Damon G and Phil M are awesome partners in the car buying and servicing process. Kelly Chevrolet stills has the hometown feel even though a large dealership. My only recommendation would be to leave alone the unique look of individual dealerships and not make every dealership a cookie cutter. I specifically return to dealerships who remain unique and feel like home.
Great customer service
Dave and Karen were awesome! They made the experience easy and fun. They went above and beyond to get us the best deal and pricing for our new car. I have already recommended Kelly Auto group to friends and family. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience!
Best Dealership in the Area Period !!!!
I have bought 2 new KIA's and a 2013 Camaro SS/RS @ Kelly's... Salesman were great deal with, and you simply cannot beat their service !! They have best group of people in the area !!! I will not buy anywhere else ! A word to the wise is sufficient.... :)
