Offered and supplied additional needs per my requests.. unexpected and well appreciated. Sales manager and Business manager helped me to make a good decision. The result is that I am quite happy with my CR-V purchase.

    I was extremely pleased with the service I received from all the staff especially Mitch Lasman, the managers, Carlos, technology the guys that prepared my new vehicle and everyone else. All the staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. It is evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority.

    EVERYTHING!!! From my very first visit a few weeks ago, Mike Murnane provided the best possible service. He was professional, knowledgeable and his follow-up was consistent. Even when I changed my mind about the type of car I wanted, he was patient and showed me cars that were exactly with the features I requested.     Polite , business like and fast. Each of the team members worked together. I have to wait for my floor mats to get mailed to me. I have the VIP service but I must drive to PA to receive it , whereas, you have a dealership in DE where I live. I have to return to PA to get the two keys that do not function repaired or replaced. The travel is an inconvenience to the customer.

    I have been a regular customer for several years, also by servicing my old car. I god a good price for my new purchase (after a good deal of bargaining!), the staff was professional (although a bit aggressive at times), they honored everything they promised, and gave me a good deal for my new car. I highly recommend them!
