2 reasonably priced pre-owned Hondas in good condition!

Great Experience

Me and my family were offered beverages and the entire staff was friendly, hospitable and professional. I… visited another Honda dealership and Springfield and they were so unwelcoming and nonchalant when I visited them. Horrible

The dealership said they had issues with my bank (right after they said they do loans through them) and told me they could use an estimator tool to get a rough idea of monthly payments. Not to my… knowledge they ran my credit 5 times, so the estimates they gave me were actual numbers because they did credit checks. I dealt with Bob directly. I feel this dealership has a huge lack of communication and is extremely sneaky. Do not waste your time here. I was notified of the credit checks days later through my and called upset they said "If you would have bought the car, we wouldn't be having this conversation". Overall if they would communicate efficiently I would have a different view of them.Max, we understand that you had a frustrating experience but need to know more regarding your recent visit.
