The sales person I dealt with was Terrell. He was really easy to work with and the overall purchase of the vehicle went well after some negotiating.

    I would love to thank Allentown Kia and their staff for getting me such a great deal on a 2018 Kia Stinger. I would like to thank my salesman Michael Reese for providing me with such great customer service. He treated me like his own and had such a great personality and made me feel right at home. I will make sure to recommend him to anyone who needs a car! Thank you Mr. Reese for such an amazing car buying experience.

    My wife and I bought a car here on Saturday April 7th. Right from opening the door our experience was great!! Rob the salesman went out of his way to make sure we knew everything about the car we were buying and gave an excellent test drive! Tony came over and bent over backwards to get us the deal that would make us happy. And when we went to financing Eric explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions! The whole experience was worth the drive as we drive an hour and a half to get there! I would do it again!!! I recommend this place to anyone who is interested in getting a new Kia they are the best👍👍. John from Coatesville

    Best buying experience I have ever had!!! I live right around the corner from another Kia dealer and decided after talking to the very sweet CSR, Deborah, to give Allentown Kia a try, and I’m so glad that I did! From the minute we walked in, we felt like we were among family. Our salesman Shawn Feeney, Finance Manager Eric Dundon and Sales Managers Shane Franco and Tom Walsh went above and beyond to help us get into the car we loved. The whole team worked miracles to get us into the car we desired for our family. We are proud owners of a new 2018 Kia Sorento LX AWD!!! Thank you so much for taking such great care of us!!! We will never buy anywhere else!!!!

    Was looking for AWD and knew it had to be a KIA. Traded my Optima in on a Sorento. Will miss my Optima but I definitely love my 2018 Sore to. Couldn't be happier with the sales people and finance department. Thanks Allentown KIA

    They said they would work with you when buying a car and they never did, all they did was look at my credit score and then sent me home and never even sent it to any banks. not happy with making a trip for nothing.

    I purchased a new Kia just last night. Shawn, Shane, Tony, and Russ were a pleasure to deal with. I visited another Kia dealer in the Lehigh Valley and Allentown Kia beats them in all areas! I highly recommend Allentown Kia if you're looking to buy a Kia!

    AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!!! I originally went to Allentown Kia to look at a used vehicle. Our salesman, Bohannon Piazza, pleasantly and gladly showed us the car. He was extremely fun to deal with. He explained everything in detail and offered to show us a new car that would have similar features and be around the same price! The new car would have a great warranty and the options that were most important to us. We decided to go with a 2017 Kia Forte. Even though my boyfriend's credit wasn't that great, Bo and the financial officer managed to get him a 4.9% interest rate!!!!!! We had such a great experience, as we were leaving I seen a new car I never seen before. I told Bo I would be back in the morning to get it. He laughed and said ok. First thing the next morning I went back and purchased a new 2017 kia Niro hybrid. At first he didn't think he had one that I liked in stock (the car was just released and each dealer only had 5!) He managed to locate my dream car!!! It was perfect. This was the 5th kia I purchased and the 4th dealership I've dealt with. The employees at Allentown Kia, especially Bo, were the most enjoyable, efficient, and honest I've ever dealt with. There wasn't any pressure or games. He let us take our time and make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. I look forward to purchasing more cars in the future.

    The dealership got back to me really quick after I filled out the Finance part on their website. When the owner/manager called me he told me how much money I was approved for, how much I would get off the price of Kia Forte that I wanted, that I could come in anytime to look at and pick up the car. A second sales associate contacted me and he was pushy over the phone. He told me I had to come into the dealership now when I explained I couldn't come in until a week or two later. When I got to the dealership I dealt with a different sales associate and he was a lot more laid back. He wasn't pushy at all. He answered all of my questions. He even told me stuff about the car and the dealership services that I didn't know about. The pushy sales associate was on vacation I found out later from the second sales associate I dealt with. When I got to the dealership the sales associate that I would deal with came and introduced himself. I told him the name of the sales associate that I had spoke with over the phone and he told me that he'll be right back. He proceeded into the building and the owner came out. He was the second person I spoke with when I got their and he greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. He put aside the Forte that I had requested on their website which was nice. I took it for a test drive around the block. I liked the car and ended up buying it. The only two things that I did not like about the dealership were the first sales associate that I spoke with over the phone and that the actual sales associate told during the test drive that they would fill up the gas tank for me which they didn't. The tank was one line above empty and when I drove off the lot the gas level was a little bit higher but it was still below a half of a tank. Overall my experience was pretty good.

    bought my optima in july 2011 from keystone..quick test drive,negotiations,financing and paper work were all done in quick time ..i walked out of the dealership with my new optima in about an hour...the best thing was that,there was no sales pressure to buy extended warranties and other options or extras(which has not been the case in my previous purchases at other car dealers)...the only thing that i didn't appreciate was that keystone charged me$55 for inspection of a brand new vehicle(my previous new car purchases i was not charged for inspection)...other than that a great buying experience
