My 2020 Super Duty had a recall and Suburban Ford was the only place (out of 5 other dealerships I called) able to get me in within a couple of weeks vs a couple of months. I also purchased timbrens from them and wanted to installation at… the same time of my service. Dylan in the Service Dept helped coordinate all the moving parts and was able to get everything scheduled and serviced seamlessly. Les provided the best experience for my fiancé we didn’t have the pushy car salesman experience. We purchased a 2018 Tundra and feel like we got the best bang for our buck! Suburban Ford hands down gave me the best dealer experience I’ve ever had while purchasing a car. There were no high pressure tactics trying to add packages, accessories, service contracts. They worked closely with me to give exactly the… specifications for the Maverick build I wanted. I was even surprised that the cost came out lower than I expected because I accidentally used the Ford leasing web site to estimate my build. Even during the vehicle shortage caused by the pandemic, they didn’t add any extra dealer charges that other non-Ford dealers I visited did. The atmosphere in the dealership was incredibly laidback and friendly. Chuck Albertus, the salesman that helped me during my first visit was awesome. He called and warned me that Ford was closing orders for Mavericks and that probably saved me 6 months of waiting time and extra costs. Since he was out the day I came in to place my order, Tony Reyes his partner filled in for him. I felt incredibly at ease working with him. He and the other sales staff worked hard to make sure I got precisely the build I wanted, and they explained precisely how the ordering process worked. I wish all auto sales worked this way. While I wish I didn’t have to wait as long for my Maverick, I’d rather have it this way than having to buy a car in the lot that isn’t exactly what I want. While the Maverick isn’t an electric vehicle, I’m a long time owner of a Nissan Leaf, and Tony and I had a long discussion about Ford’s electric vehicle future and the F150 Lighting. This is the first Ford and American car I’ve ever purchased in my nearly 50 years of driving. Im looking forward to working with this dealership when I buy my next Ford.3 Fords and Counting.

David Flom and Les Scofield are my guys, every transaction is simple and painless. I purchase every vehicle for my company from these two, every time it's a simple as a phone call. When I wanted a new Bronco they ordered it configured… exactly as I wanted and kept me up to date with it's progress. When it finally arrived at the rail depot they called me to tell me it was in, had it picked up, PDI'd, cleaned and ready for me to pick it up after work. Really couldn't ask for better service. From beginning to end this was a 455 day process -… from reservation to order to purchase - throughout the entire process Les Scofield and David Flom were absolute professionals - they were prompt in answering my calls and questions. I was shopping around for an AWD that could tow a little camper, nothing huge or fancy. After endless calls and experiences at different dealers, I learned about the Ford Maverick. I put in an inquiry online and got a call from Jake a Sandy… Suburban Ford pretty quick. They didn't have any in stock but he took the time to find a vehicle with similar cab dimensions so I could drive it with my kiddo's car seat to make sure we were comfortable - a big fail on the part of the Hyundai Santa Fe - A Bronco Sport was pulled up and ready for us to drive, with an inch less in the back than the Maverick my son was super comfortable. We went inside and within minutes I had the exact truck (trucklette) I wanted ordered, sight unseen, with complete confidence! There was no circle talking or silly sales antics - I want this and that - no problem! I am so excited for my new baby truck to get here and for our PNW glamping adventures to begin. Through the ordering process, Jake has been checking in with me as my tiny rig is being built. I have never bought a brand new car let alone a custom one and Jake and Sandy Suburban Ford made is SOOOOOO SIMPLE and fun! Also - they didn't flinch when my 4-year-old was running around, they played with him and made us feel super welcome. We were done with the entire process in under an hour! I cannot recommend Jake Jordan and Suburban Ford in Sandy enough!!!!Thank you for your great review!

First off I want to say our salesman Jake Jordan was fantastic! He was courteous, efficient and there was zero pressure to buy the vehicle. We had been to other dealers earlier in the day and had experienced some high pressure salesman so… we really appreciated Jake. Yousif in finance was pleasant to work with as well. My experience with Dave at Suburban was fantastic. Complete novice at EV, so there was a lot of hand-holding and help! Absolutely no pressure, for which I was so grateful.
