They found a way to get a fantastic deal on returning ot to st oh height and fixes a… check engine light in the process. They were absolutely great to work with. My wife and I own a business and have bought many trucks. We both remarked how it was a rare purchase where we didn't feel ripped off or dirty when we were done. Grest folks. Amazing service, 100% professional and no pressure to buy

Our salesman Chris was a straight shooter and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. We purchased the vehicle for our business and will… 100% be going back to Dick Hannah Ford when we need more. We were initially shown a rate of 7.49%, when we sat down with Jake the finance manager he informed us they found a rate at 7.29% and applied that. Other dealerships would take those extra points instead of passing on the savings. Honest and easy to deal with

I negotiate hard but I really appreciate a dealer that meets me with honesty and integrity and willing to make a transparent and fair deal (no hiding surprises in the lease).… They had my preferred color in stock, which was the icing on the cake, but I was happy to buy from them.
