Amazing service, 100% professional and no pressure to buy

We arrived at the dealer around 5pm, test drove 2 vehicles and were out the door in under 2 hrs. Our salesman Chris was a straight shooter and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. We purchased the vehicle for our business and will 100% be going back to Dick Hannah Ford when we need more. We were initially shown a rate of 7.49%, when we sat down with Jake the finance manager he informed us they found a rate at 7.29% and applied that. Other dealerships would take those extra points instead of passing on the savings. Kudos to Chris, Jake and the entire team at Dick Hannah for creating a fun positive experience.
