Exceptional Experience at BMW Salem

My wife and I recently had a truly spectacular experience with BMW Salem that compelled me to share our positive feedback. We reside in Seattle and, after an extensive search, connected with BMW Salem where we not only found the perfect car but also a deal that meet our expectations. From the moment we initiated contact, Mr. Brian demonstrated his wealth of experience and guided us seamlessly through the entire process. Despite the considerable distance, we decided to make the drive to Salem, and upon arrival, we were met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the dealership. The trade-in of our old BMW for the new one was executed with remarkable efficiency, leaving us with a sense of happiness and satisfaction. Brian and Nathan played instrumental roles in making the entire transaction smooth and quick, showcasing their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. What sets BMW Salem apart is the absence of any unexpected drama or deviation from the initial email conversations. The transparency and reliability demonstrated by the dealership instilled confidence throughout the process.     Very nice service experience. Gary Glaze the Service Advisor was great to work with. All I had to do was give him my keys and sign the paperwork at the end.

    This was our first visit to a BMW dealership. We were welcomed instantly and made to feel comfortable (water, soda, coffee, snacks, etc.). We were not pressured at all and our salesman was great to work with. He was very personable and non pressuring. He was willing to work with us to get us into the car we wanted. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. Ask for Brian Kemmerle! Thank you BMW of Salem! I absolutely love my car and my experience!!!

    I come all the way down to Salem because Kuni was terrible (I work in that direction). The folks at BMW of Salem are friendly and the answers are honest and straight forward. Atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Will buy here when it's time!

    We've never had better vehicle service experiences than Salem BMW. Always very professional and attentive to any concerns. The facility is immaculate and work is done in a timely manner with all consideration for promises made. We'll definitely be back.

    It was an Amazing experience with BMW Salem . TJ is an Awesome person he understood our requirements and did all the needful as quick as he can. Its only because of TJ we went all the way to Salem from North Plains to buy a BMW :) Thank you TJ we would like to shop more from BMW Salem.

    This was a leased vehicle and had an issue with the trunk opening from the door access point. While there additional maintenance items were identified and taken care of. I didn't drive the car after the repairs, as I leased a replacement vehicle on the same day. Thus I cannot speak to the quality of the work performed. Also, due to the lease, I did not pay for the maintenance specifically.
