by SLaforge on 01/25/2021My first service with Lithia Nissan in Eugene set the stage for several more transactions. Their service department is the best I've ever experienced. Excellent customer service. So when I wanted to trade in my car, this is where I brought… it. Then my son bought his first car here. And, this last weekend, I got a new Pathfinder! Any problems I have ever had have been addressed. The dealership is fair and is absolutely focused on customer service. I highly recommend Billy Krebs as a sales person. Jon in the service department, Marc in the service department. Their finance team has you in and out in short order.Service review

I owned a 1994 Sentra.. traded up to a 2012 Rogue and have never, ever been dissatisfied with the car[s] or the dealership. The people in the service department are top notch. I… am not sure how they do it with so many utilizing their services, but when I walk in, it feels like family. They know my car and they know me. A great place but even better people.outstanding

He got my keys and let me know it would be about 45 minutes. I have no complaints about… customer service. They seem to be efficient in their job and are able to get their customers in and out in a timely manner. Thank you!!Great Nissan Warranty Service

by groovyglor on 03/19/2017Very impressed, as always with the service I receive; I am not required to make an apptl and still my vehicle is put in the shop soon after I inform. staff re: what I need done, etc. Waiting time was less than usual at this service check.… I make a point of even getting my oil changed at Eugene Lithia rather than the Roseburg, where I live; every visit makes me feel important and everyone is very friendly and professional. I will cont. to drive the 1+ hours to get my recalls, oil changes, etc. with Lithia in Eugene. Thank you for your service.Service as hoped for...

Service writer said car would be ready within the hour. Hmmmm...actually, car was ready in about ONE-HALF… hour...super service!Oil Change - In & Out Quickly!

I'd called ahead to ask how long it'd take and they estimated 35-45, so they were way under their estimate time. Even 35-45 minutes would have been quick &… satisfsctory, but this was just another level. The guys in the service department are always great, super helpful and very polite.
